Kai and Ash are woken in the early hours by Ash’s phone going off. He answers it, swearing quietly, saying that he’ll be there shortly. He very carefully unwraps himself from Eliza, so as not to wake her. He then throws on some clothes and whispers to Kai,“Seth’s out.” Kai frowns and looks at Eliza, would he come for her again? He sighs,“Should I stay with her then?” Ash shrugs,“The more people looking, the faster we find him, but it’s your call.” Kai rolls his eyes, and looks at their sleeping woman. She’s so soundly asleep, he nods and carefully gets out of bed, tucking her in afterwards to keep her warm. She snuffles in her sleep and wraps her arms around herself. He almost gets back into the bed, but he throws on his clothes from the night before. They dash downstairs to the office where Anthony and Carlotta are waiting for them. Ash looks at them both,“How did he get out?” Anthony holds a tablet out to him; he looks at the screen and sees his idiot brother climbing out of his

Eliza nods and Kai can see a hint of a smile playing on her lips. He lightly nips at her earlobe, then settles his forehead against the back of her head. She moves slowly, trying not to move the bedding too much.He can feel the wetness pooling around his fingers as he works her clit. He slides his fingers lower, finding her entrance. Her breath catches for a second, then she nods. Fuck, yes. He slides two fingers into her, and uses his thumb to rub her clit. Fuck, she’s tighter than he’d thought, he’d need to take his time with her. He slowly reaches deep, finding the right spot. She jerks a little when he does, but she stays quiet. He kisses her shoulder as he moves himself down the bed a little to get a better angle for her. She sighs softly as he begins to move in and out of her, slowly at first. Letting her adjust to his fingers. Gods, if two fingers are tight, they’d need to spend some time stretching her before they can have sex with their girl the way they want to. He feels he

Eliza smiles and nods at Sally,“Do you enjoy this process?” Sally nods,“Yes, there’s a euphoric feeling when they do it and we’re willing. It feels good.” Sally breathes deeply, “There’s a slight sharp bit at the beginning, when they poke us with their fangs, but after that it’s plain sailing.” She leans back in the chair a little and Ash adjusts for her new position. “It only takes a few minutes when they’re feeding regularly, but it can take longer, especially when they’re gentle.” She winks at Ash, who just looks up at her and rolls his eyes. Eliza smiles,“Yeah, they’re real softies at heart.” Ash moans, “But that’s our secret, can’t let their street cred drop now can we.” Sally laughs, but keeps her arm still for him. “Is there anything you think I should know about all of this?” Sally hums, thinking.“Well, these two prefer fresh over bagged, but they’re not that fussed really. They eat roughly every three days, but it depends. Can’t really tell you much more about it. They’d

“Does anyone else ride your bike?” Ash asks looking at Eliza, there’s a hint of desperation in his voice,“Fuck, no. If they did, I’d skin them.” He stares at Kai, who is grinning from ear to ear. She checks the bike again, looking for signs it’d been moved, or touched. There’s nothing. “What the actual fuck, guys? You’re worrying me.” She turns away from them, looking at the ground. What’s wrong? What isn’t she seeing? Kai takes her arm gently,“Baby, look at me.” She turns to Kai, furrowing her brows and tilting her head at him. “It’s your scent on the bike we’re smelling. We think you’re our Mate.” She looks at Ash, who nods. She puts her hands to her mouth. Gods, could it be? “We’re not one hundred percent sure, but I’m pretty confident.” Gods, this makes so much sense. But it’s also so much to take in. She closes her eyes, hoping that her instincts will kick in and tell her something about them, but she knows they won’t. Ash takes her elbow,“Honey?” She sighs. “What are you thin

Eliza growls in frustration,“Shit.” She moves back to her space at the end of the table and then slams her fist onto the table. “I’m so fucking stupid. It’s got to be connected somehow. Damn it!” She rubs her hand, but it’s fine. Ash stands and comes to her, taking her hand and turning it over to inspect it. “Sorry.” She sighs, and he pulls her to him. She rests her head on his chest, breathing deeply. “I’ll calm down. I’m sorry.” He sighs,“It’s okay, Honey. I just don’t want you to hurt yourself.” She nods, and he rubs her back. Gods, he smells good. She feels a stirring in her core and pulls back. She looks up at him, and he smiles at her, but his smile is weak.“Damn this mess.” She mutters, and sits down, leaning her head in her hands. Ash strokes her shoulder and she rubs her face vigorously. “Okay. Eddie?” He nods, and comes around to show her what he’s found. It’s a news report of police managing to take down the main supplier of the bags used to blood-bag people. It was an i
