Lahat ng Kabanata ng Your Honor, I Want A Divorce!: Kabanata 191 - Kabanata 200

BLAIRE'S POV I turned my head, only to meet with Jessica's condensing eyes. She was probably feeling the same way I was at the moment. It was a little obvious that there was something we weren't aware of that was going on between them. I could only wonder what it was. Ryan cleared his throat loudly all of a sudden and looked up at us. “Uh… okay! I guess I don't need to ask your husband for his name anymore. The other woman sitting next to Blaire, please, may I meet you?” Jessica's lips pressed into a thin line at first, almost as if she planned on ignoring him. But when she met my eyes, I nudged her to go along with it. She cleared her throat softly, taking her time. “My name is Jessica Bassett, Blaire's best friend. We're like sisters.” “Ah…” he moaned softly with realization. “Alright, thank you. Next person?”The other members of the estate that were around kept introducing themselves to Ryan. Fabian's mother, his cousins, aunts and uncles, family friends, and more. Not ever

THIRD POV They all stared at Blaire with so much surprise as the words slipped from her lips. Jessica couldn't help but to turn around and glance around them, feeling a sudden gaze on them. She knew she was probably imagining it due to what her best friend had just told her but she still wanted to make sure. Blaire hadn't even realized it when a sigh slipped from her lips. She swallowed, feeling a lump down her throat. “I know that I saw him, I didn't drink anything and I definitely wasn't imagining but… I don't know anymore. Can he– could he just get into the estate any way like that?” “He shouldn't be able to,” Fabian stated, “only if someone invited him in and it has been confirmed. But who?” Blaire's brows furrowed. She couldn't help but to wonder who could have possibly invited Jacob into the estate, who was he friends with? Or did he manage to sneak past the estate's security? How? “Can't we find out?” Blaire asked. “There should be a record book or something of all the gue

THIRD POV Jane tossed and turned in bed, wondering what could have made Blaire scream like that. She had hoped to go outside and see her mangled body laying on the floor but she saw nothing. Blaire looked so shaken, almost like she had seen something that spooked her. But what could it have been? She grunted as she rose to a sitting position. Running her fingers through her hair, she let her eyes fall close, trying to calm herself down. The vibration of her phone called for her attention and she opened her eyes. Reaching for it, she was surprised to see that it was her partner calling her. She didn't waste time though before picking the call. “Hello?”“Go down to the security post and tell them that you want to cancel the name of the person that visited you. Make up a believable reason for them to cancel the name. I don't care whatever it is.” Her ears pricked at his orders, wondering what could have made him want to do that. “I– I don't understand. I mean I–”“Figure. It. Out.”

THIRD POV The rest of the day went by in a blur, time seemed to move really quickly. Fabian finished from work and left the office building. Sitting inside his car, his mind wandered back to what the security had told him. “Sir, the only strange man who went into the estate last night was a man named Jacob and he was only allowed in because a resident named madam Jane said he was her visitor.” The words had managed to successfully plague his mind all day long and he still couldn't get over it. What if it was another Jacob? Maybe a plumber or someone completely different from the Jacob they knew? But then, the security had mentioned not remembering his details except his striking blue eyes buried underneath a dark hoodie that cloaked his entire face. Even when they watched the CCTV footage, his face could not be seen. He didn't want to doubt his own friend whom he had taken in but then his own words made it seem he doubted her. “If anyone comes later for the footage and record to

BLAIRE'S POV I decided to stay at home and rest after all the stress of yesterday's work. We didn't have much to do at work because I had spent over time at work trying to sort things out so I could rest. I didn't want to stay cooped up in the house all day, since the kids were in school and Fabian was at work, I decided to try some gardening while Brie and Lilly were still asleep. The sun was bright in the sky even though it was only nine in the morning. I decided to put on something light while tending to the flowers on the front porch. The breeze was cold on my skin and I felt like all my problems were being carried away by it. Everywhere was so relaxed and calm, most of the residents had gone out for work while the kids were at school. The people who were around were in their homes. One of our pet dogs was sitting outside, watching me with calm interest as I watered the plants. The sun wrapped around me in a warm yet gentle embrace, keeping my body heated but not too much.
