My legs suddenly felt so weak, too reluctant to carry my own weight. I stumbled towards the bed and sat down wearily. My breath caught in my throat and tears poured down my face. What made me feel so hurt was the fact that I had actually fallen for Damian. I told myself I didn't have to feel guilty because there was nothing between Fabian and I, and maybe that was why he decided not to confront me on the issue, but after seeing the look in his eyes, I could tell just how exactly he felt.
