Wren was grinning when he walked into their house, followed by Izzy. He could not help showing how happy he was to have found the little alien called Blue. Sheriff Lindsay Gold sat down at her desk and looked at the stack of files that had been left for her. Each one of them contained a report about the weirdness taking place in the county. Wren opened the door and had just stepped into the hallway when he and Max heard gunfire coming from the direction of the morgue. They drew their weapons and ran toward it. They turned the corner and saw the double doors open. Izzy was backing out, holding her handgun, still aimed at something in the room.
