Belle turned to look around the parking lot. There were plenty of students walking back and forth, but her eyes locked onto a dark gray SUV with heavily tinted windows, parked in the far corner facing her car. The engine was running, but there was no sign that the car was about to leave.Belle quickly got into her car, locked the doors, and started the engine. “It’s nothing, it’s nothing,” she muttered to herself.She drove out of the campus area, merging into fairly heavy traffic since it was already rush hour.
