ALINA'S POV I moved to another floor then. Another hallway. The Eden Suites this time— the romantic fantasy suites. I was previously at the Inferno floor, the “fetish wing.” Reason why everything was so dark and raw. With nowhere to sit!Eden Suites was different. Smelt different, plus I could properly see what was ahead of me. The Control board most importantly. It was the first thing I looked for. Before I ordered the drinks that is.Lots of it."Bring it all out!" I ordered, ready and brewing with hot annoyance. My rage cooking slow. "He wants to blacklist me from a wing? Control what I do?" I grabbed two glasses, "Well good luck with that!"I threw them back immediately. Eyes squeezing shut as I swallowed. The burn. "More!" I still let out, gasping. Breath short as I pushed it all back down. Wanting some more. The bartender gave me a look on the third refill, his stare questioning but he let me be after spotting my automatic pass. The gold insignia. And I gobbled down those shots

ROMAN'S POV A person never really changes, take it or leave it. If you think I'm wrong, then you'll learn the hard way.Take this annoying character for example. Alina. She'd been trying so hard to be different lately.Trying so hard to change, act different, take on a new behaviour different from who she actually is. She wanted to pretend she was all good and buff, but guess what? Her old self still remains. Her old cunning, deceiving, defensive, cowardly yet explosive self still remained the same! Vibrant and unimpressingly so.She tried to be just calm. Be that soft, feminine woman, elegantly going about her business, but her true self just won't budge. Her lips would be speaking peace, but her eyes would be spitting fire all at the same time! Leaving her so frustrated and ready to bite my head off. Especially tonight. It was quite the amusement to be honest. Her behaviour so far has been very amusing and laughable. But there was nothing amusing about those words she said."Fallin

ALINA'S POV Heading home last night after Oxygen was nothing in the least bit unexpected. Everything was the usual. I got to enjoy a free night ride as consultant, arrived home in one piece, took off my scandalous outfit, jumped into the shower and pretty much went to bed after that.Smooth right? But what I didn't expect, was waking up. Waking up to everywhere all bright and sunny. And then the pounding. The extremely loud and solid pounding right at the back of my head, my eyes and even behind my throat."The hell?" I clutched my head as I groggily stirred awake. Dizziness striking almost immediately i tried to open my eyes. In fact, the dizziness was on a whole different level from the pounding. Your eyes are shut but you feel dizzy. You've ever felt that before? That's what I felt.Every part of me felt like it was being pulled apart and yet joined back at the same time. Everything slamming right into me, ringing in my ears. My jaw too stiff to even get a word out. Honestly, I

ROMAN'S POV "Good evening Boss,""Good morning boss,""Boss,"Was all that followed me as I moved through the hallways. My first time since I left for the private meeting at Gumani Hotels this morning, since my interesting discovery at Seraph wing... since I left her.And with every step, came the buzz. The music in the air, expensive perfumes, laughter, moans, drinks, lustful rich folks and over all... money.Cash! There was cash in the air and in my building, you could practically smell it! Cash plus enough bodies to go round, that was Oxygen. This was Oxygen. My lifeline. But there was one more thing to make tonight simply exceptional and totally worth the relaxation! Her."So," I started, stepping into my office. Jordan behind, shutting the door. "How was it?" I asked, facing him. Taking off my jacket, pouring myself a drink. Smile on my face. "Was she excited when she saw it? She was, right? I bet she was surprised and asked you twice who it was sent from.""Boss,""Tell me,

Roman's POV The rest of the night rolled off with me deep into documents and weighing thoughts. Same also with the weekend. More compounding thoughts and more decisions to make. But instead of spending them in my office, I spent them elsewhere. Equally busy, but with a different kind of feeling. A lighter kind of feeling.By Monday, let's just say the weather felt pretty good to be outside. Outside and waiting for a certain individual.Until Jordan attempted to spoil it that is."Boss, I have a question.""Another one?" I called out, swiping away on my phone. "Just this once. The last." He assured me, looking straight ahead. Calm. But I knew he wasn't. Not exactly."Shoot.""Are you really signing off the building? On an employee contract?""I'm not signing off, I'm adding to it." I said,"Yeah but... it's your personal building, boss. You've been preparing it for a while now, not even moving in yourself.""Yes, and now, I'm finally able to put it to good use." I said, still on my
