Tate walked beside Tina, his hand hovering near her elbow as if she might break, despite the fact that she was okay. Now that she had finally shifted into her wolf form, the accelerated healing had done its work; the purple bruises and angry welts had vanished, leaving her skin flawless once more. "I'm just glad you’re back on your feet," Tate said, his voice thick with relief. He looked at his twin, his brow furrowed. "I was terrified, Tina. Seeing you like that was scary, I’ve never seen Eve lose control like that. It’s so out of character for her." Tina stepped into her bedroom, glancing at herself in the vanity mirror.
