Kael's POV.I felt a sharp pain connect with my spine and I immediately took a deep breath. Lyra's POV. Camille stumbled and that was the highlight of my entire problems. I shouldn't have allowed myself to get dragged into something that was going to be filled with a lot of emotions from right, left and center. Instead I should have just thought about it properly and then come to the conclusion before it was too late. I didn't have what it took to hold her together and also make sure that she did not crumble in the process. She was one of the last people that I wanted to have any discussions with but that would be sincerely if I was able to do the things that I wanted.
