Ethan dropped me off at the modelling agency. Everything looked different or maybe it was just in my mindAs soon as I entered, bubbles floated across the space and a write up above the wall read“Welcome back, Avery”The sight made me pause and a soft gasp escaped my mouth“Welcome back Avery” the team exclaimed unanimously walking out one after the other from the back door. The room erupted in a warm round of applause and Mr plies stepped forward with a bouquet of flowers saying,“Welcome back Avery”I looked at them as a smile spread across my faceMary stepped forward excitedly “Welcome back Avery, we have a surprise for you in your office”“Oh okay” I said, feigning surprise“I’ll head to the office then”I turned to leave but caught the tail end of a conversation among the models“She’s the boss?” One asked in a surprise tone “Obviously she is. Looks like you just started working here” another replied“ I heard she just gave birth but she doesn’t look like one” a third one

I woke up to Ethan's tight grip around me so I wriggled slightly, trying to loosen it but he pulled me closer The grip tightened when I tried pulling away againIt was clear now that he was awakeI turned to him and gave him a light punch“Ouch, love” he muttered, a wide smile spreading across his perfectly sculpted face “That’s not how to wake your husband from sleep” he teased “You’re supposed to give me a kiss”I laughed out loud and teased“I thought I you were asleep”“No love” he muttered“Okay, you need to let me check in out our babiesEthan murmured“No, love stay with me. The Nannie’s are doing their job” he said as he continued sniffing my hair“Love,” I called out“Avery, let’s just snuggle up in bed” he suggested and I found myself slipping into his arms, surrendering to the moment“Hmmmm, I’ve missed this” he blurted out between breaths as he nuzzled my hair again. We stayed in bed till midday and only parted when our stomachs growled.Ethan then went downstairs to fe

“Shall we?” Ethan asked as we slid into the front seatSuddenly, Ethan lowered the volume of the song we had been lip syncing to. I felt he was about to say some thing serious since it wasn’t a usual occurrenceHe turned to me and asked “Love, since you can handle a gun now, should I be scared of you?”I erupted into a fit of laughter, then replied“Of course not, Ethan. What are you even thinking?”I said, bursting into another laughterEthan kept glancing at me with a subtle teasing look as if he was assessing my reaction as we drove. At his last lingered glance, I said“Love, I know I'm beautiful but you should focus on driving”Ethan laughed out loud, reached for my hand, lifted it and gave me a light kiss.“I was expecting you to say something” My face creased into a soft, gentle furrowEthan then teased“You look beautiful when you make that face”My cheeks flushed pink and I drew closer, whispering “When asked about the potential trigger for the shit. Who were you expecti

“Love, give me a moment to freshen up” I blurted out but Ethan pulled me even closer“You don't need to” he said and immediately captured my lips.Ethan kissed me till I was almost running out of breath. It felt like he has always wanted to do thisWhen he pulled away, we both looked at each other affectionately and this time, I pulled him closer and kissed him, putting out my utmost desire into that very moment I let out a soft warm breath as I continued kissing him. Our tongue tangled against each other as we began to move and at that moment, Ethan moved towards the bedIt seemed like we've craved each other long enough but something seemed to be holding us backEthan leaned in and continued kissing me as his hands trailed every part of me through my clothing. Soon he left my lips and trailed downwards, he began to nibble on my neck as his hands explored every part of me.At this point, I began to let out soft moans. It's been so long. My body wanted him really bad.I reached for

I woke up to the scent of freshly cooked meal curling through my nose and I instinctively sat up and reached for the tray. Ethan stopped me with a sly smile on his face“Nobody asked you to eat” he said, gently holding my hand He leaned in and pressed soft kisses on my hair, as he began to feed me bits of the breakfast. I muttered“Ethan, I can feed myself” “You can’t, love. After last nights activities, I know you have no strength in you”My face flushed as I wandered through the events of the previous nightThen he teased again“your blushing is admirable”I couldn’t help but smile wider as he fed “I have a shareholders meeting. Would you like to come with me?”“But am yet to resume work at the company”Ethan smiled“You’re not coming as my worker but as my wife”I nodded but then as he finished feeding me, I looked up to see him already dressed “I’ll wait for you downstairs” he saidWe arrived at the Eclipse Enterprise and everything felt transformedEthan looked at me as we
