Lahat ng Kabanata ng Dear Mafia Boss, Love Me!: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

*May Myers' POV* (A memory from three months ago) At about 04:28 pm, As cold and freezing as New York tends to be in Autumn, it didn't stop me from shopping for some groceries. Daphne Dominique C., my best friend, had failed to buy some. I called her phone an hour before she texted that she was leaving for the salon, (to put on her nails and hair) and now it was overly frustrating to go shopping myself. I'm not a shopping freak of any sort, especially in groceries. I had no choice to make since she had returned home drunk and wasted. I only wonder how a young rich lady like her could drink so much alcohol in broad daylight. I mean, there aren't specifics as to when it was about drinking, but come on, alcohol rolls better at night; at least that was my perception, and perhaps anyone's. Randomly. I stormed out of the grocery store, firmly wrapping my fingers around the shopping bags while my other hand was stuck into my overcoat's pocket. I groaned out in frustration the mom

(Back to the present, four months later) ~~~~ Today marks four months and five days since that incident. Every day I live with the uneasy sin that was left in my heart. Being raped by an absolute stranger makes my situation a funny and inconceivable one. No one believes me, not even my best friend, Daphne, who completely believes me. I understand her, I understand everyone... Well, just my Mom, but that freaking Austin would not be under even if I had told him. Oh, Lord! I breathe out as my fingers comb my hair, the thought of it makes me sick... “Gosh, May, what is wrong with you? The boss will be here any minute from now...” Lisa, the boss’s secretary, tells me thumping a file on my desk. Seriously, she acts like a cunt sometimes, and I just let her, because she's probably lost. I mean who wears a ball gown to work? She does, and she gets sanctioned for that her ears are far from listening to instructions. I don't wanna tell her that she needs need, but I'll make sure that we

I pulled over at Daphne’s gigantic mansion, it's classy and very flamboyant from the exterior, you could tell that the interior would be a stunner. I have never visited Daphne in her actual home, as it had always been her classy apartment, or sometimes she stayed in mine. I know that she's a filthy rich kid but she's very reluctant once it is about work, she feels pressured whenever her parents talk to her about it, so she said. Not once have I seen either of them, There is just a lot I need to understand about her mysterious family and I think that tonight, I'll be finding out. I exhale, dragging my feet to the large patio, and a huge man black tuxedo suit who seems like a guard is standing beside the double doors. I didn't expect that. His death stare halted me in my tracks, his frown was palpable. “I'm here to see Daphne, my bestie.”I tell him but his eyes are piercing deep into my skin and I'm freaking inside of me. “Were you invited?” The depth in his tone complemente

****We walk to the conference room, where the meeting is to be held. The fragrance of chamomile fills the ventilated air, and a mix of tension and uncertainty hangs over us like a cloud. My boss looks relaxed and unbothered. This man has many sides, and I just wanna know every single thing; it’s not my business, I know. “Sir, I forwarded some emails to you, I want you to look them up, please.” I stir up before we settle in. He halts as well as the huge nameless guy. “Okay!”“Okay? As in, what should I do next or—” I manage to say. “Ms. Myers, I shouldn't tell you what to do, reply their asses already!”“These... particular ones are pretty disturbing, they are requesting an upfront payment and no work has been discussed or—”“That's why you are hired, you should be able to stand in for me if I'm not there, yeah?” her brows crinkle. I nod, absorbing his words. “Yes, but the...”“We have a meeting to catch up with. Don't be the pain in my ass, Ms Myers, you are gonna get hurt

I turn around at once and I see my boss. My bossI I turn around at once; my boss is standing right there with his super rude bodyguard. He doesn't say a word to me, just whispers to Dimitri before stepping into his luxury car. Dimitri approaches and says, “Your... whatever will be sent to you within an hour! Meet the boss in his car!” He gives me a death stare and motions for me too had him my car key. I take my coat, bag, and one heel in my hand. I walk unevenly and hear Dimitri speak again. “Do you want to keep hopping that way or fix that mess?!” I keep walking and stop next to my boss’s car so that I can put on my heel. The window winds down. “Step in, Raven. Don't waste any more time!” my boss tells me. I ditch what I wanted to do and enter the car, the door shutting behind me. “Drive!” he instructs the driver, and off we go. Just a few minutes into the drive, I put on my heel. I remain silent—what is there to say? Nothing. If he weren't my boss, I wouldn't have entered th
