Elena POV I hadn’t seen Draven ever since that ill fated shopping trip and to be honest? I quite liked it that way. Away from him, I didn’t have to consider questions that I would much rather not have the answers to. Like why he didn’t want a mate, why he didn’t want me. Why I was so drawn to him yet he could remain totally unbothered. Was this the difference between an omega and an Alpha? Were Alphas truly the best in all areas? Including love?
