Percy’s POV “Coma?” Anita blurts out, her voice filled with panic, like the word itself cuts through the fragile calm the doctor was trying to build. The doctor nods, calm and steady, the kind of calm that only comes from seeing too many situations like this. “Yes. But please don’t panic,” he adds quickly, lifting a hand in reassurance. “It’s not uncommon in cases like hers. The body sometimes shuts down to protect itself after severe trauma and blood loss.” Anita shakes her head slightly, like she’s trying to process it but can’t fully accept it. “But… she’ll wake up, right?” She ask. “She will,” the doctor says firmly. “We’ve had several similar cases here. Patients recover.
