Rhyder's POV."What do you mean, Jackson? What's happened?"He looked nervous and hesitated to answer which only added to my frustration and impatience.It was just like Alexis to ruin anything even remotely beautiful."Out with it, Jackson! Grace's POV. There was a knock at the door. I hesitated for a moment. I spent the rest of the day hiding away in my room like a coward. I just couldn't bring myself to face anyone outside this room. I didn't know if I'd ever be able to look them in the eye again after they way I acted. So, instead, I spent the day trying to work through the maze of thoughts in my mind - tried to figure out what I knew to be true, what I was told was the truth, and what I thought was the truth. But by the time I was interupted, I only felt more confused and anxious - further away from the answers I needed so desperately. Another knock. Grace's POV. He opened the door and took my breath away - quite litterally. I had to swallow hard and it took me a few seconds to remember why I was there in the first place. Rhyder was dripping wet - he must have been in the shower when he heard me knocking. He was wearing nothing but a crisp white towel that hung low around his waist and contrasted beautifully with his tanned skin. His body was beaded in tiny water droplets that rained down from his still wet hair - the light from the room inside reflected in them like the early morning sun and outlined every curve of every muscle to perfection.
