Sienna’s pov“Can’t you guys just do something right for once?” I asked angrily, instructing them on how to set the curtain. I called my maid and instructed her to bring me a glass of wine. “I actually needed this,” I whispered, sipping it while controlling the activities going on in the pack house. I could already feel the place coming alive. It felt so dead before now. “I want all of the cutlery changed,” I ordered the head chef in the kitchen. I looked at the plates and almost puked. “Let me guess, Raven hand-picked this? This is terrible!” I said dramatically, raising my voice. The chef didn’t say anything but I could see her lips drawn into a thin line like she was holding herself from saying too much. Good for her because I wasn’t going to allow anyone to speak to me anyhow. I was doing this for their benefit. “I can’t believe I have been eating from this kitchen for months now! I want every single thing changed,” I instructed her. She stopped me before I could say s

Chapter 133Dax’s PovRaven took a deep breath and rested her back against the car seat. I didn't say anything and started the car. “Okay, so where are we headed to?” I asked her. Raven sighed again. “Take me anywhere quiet and peaceful,” she requested. I tapped my fingers on the steering wheel, trying to think of somewhere that fits her description. “I think I know where it fits exactly where you want,” I told her and started heading there. She looked genuinely pissed but I didn't know what to say about that. I mean, it wasn't that bad to be with me right?I was a good man, right?*********“Dax,” Raven called out my name.I turned to her and then looked at the landscape beneath us. I had taken us to a valley just at the border of the pack. “Why do you keep giving me green lights and then suddenly turn them to red?” she asked me. I raised my brows. “Green? Red?” I repeated, chuckling. “What do you mean?” I asked her. She grabbed my collar and pushed me towards her. “E

Jade’s povI paced around my room, biting my fingers anxiously. I walked towards my table and picked up my phone. “That jerk! He still hasn’t called me,” I whispered, gritting my teeth in anger. Sienna was right. Marcus wasn't to be trusted at all. All this time, I thought he was acting on both our behalf but it was clear what he wanted now. He wanted Raven so bad and I would make sure he never has her. “What is with the pacing, you are making my ears hurt,” my mother whined, barging into the room. I kissed my teeth in frustration. “I have told you to knock before walking into my room,” I responded angrily. At that point, everything was annoying!I needed to think of something fast enough. “What is making you so worried and cranky?” my mom asked, walking further into my room. Doesn't she take a clue?“Mom! I am curious about what Raven is doing! Is she living well? Is her relationship with that punk still rosy?”I clicked my tongue. “I want to know everything! I am dying

Raven’s pov“Jade, jade!” I screamed her name, placing her head on my lap. “Why is the ambulance not here yet?” I heard Amy screaming in fear. I tapped Jade’s cheeks repeatedly but she didn't open her eyes. Blood was filling around her, I traced where the blood was coming from and saw that she had caught her vein. “You stupid girl! Why would you even think of killing yourself?” I asked angrily, hitting her repeatedly. Thankfully, the ambulance arrived at that time and rushed her to the hospital. “Doctor, please make sure she regains consciousness. She is my only sibling, please,” I cried out. Even though Jade and I had our differences, it could never change the fact that we were siblings. We were family and I would never wish death on anyone!Amy rushed to me and rubbed my arms soothingly. “She told me she was going to kill herself but I didn't believe her. I thought she was throwing tantrums like she usually does,” I whispered, sniffing loudly. “Let’s just hope she wakes up

Dax’s pov“I don’t think her sister came here for any good cause,” Dylan said, kissing his teeth in irritation. He got on his feet and started pacing around while Amy tried to calm him down. “You have been annoyed since we left the hospital. You need to calm your nerves,” she said to him. “I mean, why would she even try to kill herself just because she wanted her sister’s forgiveness? That is emotional manipulation, there was no other explanation.” Dylan added angrily. “I was also surprised when I saw her. I didn’t even know she was Raven’s sibling until she managed to explain things to me,” Amy explained to us. He hissed for the umpteenth time. “It is so obvious that she planned all of this! That lady is so crazy!” He spat out angrily. “But then again, why would Raven even fall for that? I thought she already knew her family for who they were?” He said, shaking his head in dismay. “Regardless, that is her sister and she would obviously feel some way. We almost lost her, thank
