I sniffle, sobbing harder into his chest. "But what if they decide they don't want this baby? What if they decide they don't want me anymore?" I ask through broken sobs."That's not going to happen. I know my sons, they love you more than anything else in the world. They would never do anything to hurt you, including leaving you. As far as the baby goes, I'm sure they will be shocked at first, but they will be excited." Curtis says, as he continues to hold me. "H- how do you know that?" I ask, feeling unsure. Curtis grabs my shoulders, taking a step back so he can look at me. He gives me a sweet, reassuring smile and says. "I know this because my son's never do anything without thinking it through first. So, did they use protection with you or ask if you were on any kind of birth control?" He asks. I feel my cheeks heat up and I shake my head. "No." I whisper. Curtis smiles.
