POV: LUNAI woke up sore. Every muscle ached from last night's rogue attack. The scratches on my arms had scabbed over. They'd heal faster than normal because of my wolf healing. But they still hurt.Nova was already gone. Probably at breakfast. I grabbed my phone. Three missed texts from Ryder."Meet me at training grounds after breakfast. Private session.""Need to work on your control. Last night was close.""Don't be late."I groaned. My body wanted to stay in bed. But Ryder was right. I'd barely survived two rogues. Next time could be worse.I dragged myself out of bed. Got dressed. Grabbed my training gear. The dining hall was crowded. Students talking about the upcoming full moon ceremony. About the challenge everyone knew was coming even if it wasn't official yet.I spotted Nova sitting with Marcus. They waved me over."How are you feeling?" Nova asked. She looked worried."Like I got hit by a truck. But I'll live.""Ryder said you're doing extra training today.""Yeah. Control

POV: LUNAI couldn't sleep. Again.Every time I closed my eyes, I saw Ryder's face. Felt his hand tucking hair behind my ear. Remembered that moment right before my mark burned and ruined everything. And then there was that text. The threatening one. Warning me that people close to me became targets.Miguel. Ryder. Who was next? Nova? Marcus? Everyone in the secret defense group? At 2 AM, I gave up on sleep. Got dressed quietly so I wouldn't wake Nova. Grabbed a jacket and my phone.I needed air. Space. Time to think without everyone watching. Without feeling like every choice I made put someone else in danger. The campus was quiet. A few faculty members on patrol. Easy enough to avoid if I was careful.I headed toward the forest. Not the old training grounds. Not where the rogues had attacked. Somewhere new. Unexplored. The rational part of my brain screamed that this was stupid. We'd literally just agreed never to go alone. Not after the coordinated rogue attacks. But the rest of me

POV: LUNATraining with Ryder lasted until past midnight. My body was one giant bruise. My mind exhausted from constant control exercises. But it worked. Sort of. I could maintain partial shifts under stress better. Could recognize when my wolf was taking over and pull back before it was too late.Whether it would be enough in two days. That was the question.I collapsed into bed without even changing clothes. Nova was already asleep. I envied her. The ability to just shut off and rest.Sleep took me fast. Dragged me under before I could fight it.The transition was immediate. One second I was in my dorm. The next, I stood in the dream-world.But something was wrong. The dream felt different. Unstable. Like reality was glitching.I was in Miguel's house. His bedroom. Everything exactly as I remembered from before the mark. Before everything changed."Luna."His voice. Panicked. Urgent. Not the calm reassurance from our last dream-link.I spun. Miguel stood by his window. He looked terr

POV: LUNAThe full moon hung heavy in the sky. Larger than I'd ever seen it. Brighter. Like it was watching. Waiting.Every student at Silverwood gathered at the Moon Circle. Faculty lined the perimeter. Watchful. Tense. Everyone knew what tomorrow brought. The challenge. Public. Unavoidable. But tonight was something else. Something older. The advanced Moon Circle ritual. Reserved for students who'd mastered their shifts. Who could handle the full power of the moon without losing themselves.I wasn't ready. Everyone knew it. But I was being tested anyway.Because tomorrow I'd face Darius. And if I couldn't handle a controlled ritual tonight, I had no chance in an actual fight."All students to your positions," Professor Thorne called. His voice carrying across the clearing. "Tonight we honor the goddess. We embrace our wolf nature fully. We prove our control."Students moved into formation. A circle within the ancient stone ring. First years on the outer edge. Seniors near the center.

POV: LUNAI didn't sleep. Again. Between the spy in the tower and the challenge happening tonight, my brain refused to shut off.Nova found me at dawn. Sitting on my bed. Staring at the wall."You look terrible.""Thanks.""I mean it. You need to rest before tonight. The challenge—""I know. I'll be fine.""Will you?"Honest answer? I had no idea. But admitting that wouldn't help either of us."Come on," Nova said. "We have tracking exercise this morning. Thorne wants everyone sharp. Says rogue activity has increased near the borders.""Of course it has."We headed to the training grounds. Most students looked as exhausted as I felt. Last night's growl. The shadow in the tower. Everyone knew something was wrong. Something bigger than a simple challenge between students.Professor Thorne stood at the front. Maps spread across a table. Markers indicating recent rogue sightings."Listen up," he called. "Rogue activity has escalated. We've had five separate incidents in the last week alone
