Not bothering to tuck in my shirt.I sat back down at the desk as Chrys opened the passage door and stepped into the office.I looked up at her saying, “Hey Chrys.”Trying to seem as non chalant as ever. “Hey. You seen Jade? She was supposed to come find you. But she hasn’t been back to the booth yet.”“Um…” I kept my eyes from going towards the bathroom as she continued to speak. “With so many people being here tonight I’m sure she will find trouble if we don’t keep track of her.” Before I could speak Jade walked out of the bathroom. She was shaking her hands as if to air dry them.“There you are.
