It’s the water.”The physician's announcement played repeatedly in my head as I ran through the rocky path of the woods, ignoring the pain that sizzled through my bare foot. I remember the scene clearly. They were fine. Even though their expressions and gait were a bit ragged, they still have the chance to live for a long while. And in a flash, they were gone.
