JARED'S POV I laced up my shoes and then I ran my hands through my hair as I was getting ready for my date with Aurora. Honestly, after what happened yesterday, I was just glad she still wanted to go with me. After Rebecca got home and told me what happened, I was furious. AURORA'S POV “Here you go, one black coffee no sugar and one jelly donut," I said handing out the order to the customer. He thanked me and left. Man, I can't believe it's been over a month since I started college and a lot has happened. True to his word, Jared did help me speak with the owner of the cafe and I've been working here for about three weeks now. JARED'S POV “Jared help me," Aurora cried out. She looked terrified but she was so far away. The more I tried to get close to her, the farther she was moving. “I'm coming!!" I yelled out, determined to make it to her even though it felt like everything was determined to keep us apart. Just then a tall shadowy creature appeared in front of her. Aurora seemed like she was in a daze as she walked towards it. I started panicking and trying to increase my pace to her but it wasn't working.“Aurora stop!" AURORA'S POV “Canon ball!" someone yelled beside me as they jumped into the pool. JARED'S POVI was filled with a mix of emotions. A part of me was filled with anticipation. AURORA'S POV I ran to my room, my eyes blurry with tears, that I didn't even notice Rebecca coming towards me until I bumped into her. “Whoa, Rory, what's wrong?" she asked, holding her arms out to steady me.
