Silja POVI wake up. I’m groggy. I groan low and open my eyes. When I look around, I’m in a rundown hospital room. My arms are chained over my head. Silja POV ‘Sils. Wake up.’ I hear Pau in the distance. My body feels weak, though. My mind is trying to turn on, and I am having issues. Then I remembered Irina, and I jolt awake. “IRINA!” I screamed. I look around, and I am not in that old hospital room. My hands are not bound over my head. And Irina isn’t strapped to a medical bed. In fact, she is not in here. Then my thoughts go to my daughter. My hands fly to my stomach, and there is a large pup bump still there. My wrists are sore, and when I looked down, there was bruising on my wrists from being chained up. My face feels sore, and I can see out of my left eye, but it doesn't feel swollen. Silja POV “GED! THIS DOES NOT FEEL GOOD!” I gritted through another contraction. We didn’t have any other issues after we reunited. Things have gone smoothly.
