MASON’S POVI walked into the room before cutting ties with Carla. “Thank you, Steffon,” I thanked him, then turned to Carla. “I’ll meet you outside in a few minutes.” She squeezed my arm a little with a smile. Steffon closed the door. I stood at the post for a while, staring at Liam’s still body on the bed. A flower was by his bed side, like one usually placed on a grave.
