Briar’s POVMy palms got sweaty as I stared at the house, questioning myself if I should be doing this. I couldn’t shake off the thought of Adrian being in an accident and still trying to show up for his son while I was being judgmental of him. All day, I kept rebuking myself for doing the same thing I questioned him for. When I got home, I mentioned it to Gina, and she admitted she knew.
