Cove lifted his head slowly and looked up at him. “You’re serious?” Cove asked, eyes searching Eli’s face. Eli nodded, feeling nervous. “Yeah. I’m serious. If it really helps you sleep, I’ll sleep in your bed tonight. No tricks.
