All Chapters of Rejected for a Fake Luna: Chapter 1 - Chapter 10

Rhea’s POVA hollow, suffocating silence pressed against my chest. My sister is pregnant. And the father was none other than my own mate, the same man that I had given myself to last night. Now, both our families are here discussing my mate and my sister’s official mating ceremony so she could formally become his Luna.I shot Artavius a look, waiting for him to explain, to deny their words, but he just stayed silent while it took all my strength to just stand there.“H-How?” A small voice managed to escape inside me. “You’re not even mates,” I blurted out. “Rhea, I know this is a shock. It just so happens that one of the trials happened near the Eastern Academy where I have been studying. Artavius and I often met together, and things happened.”“Things happened?” I scoffed, the words tasting like acid. “Brielle you’re literally pregnant! That doesn’t just happen.”Brielle winced, lowering her head in a delicate display of shame. “I know it’s difficult to understand, but Artavius and

Rhea’s POVPeople rushed to comfort Brielle while they only spared me judging glances. Not a single person approached me.The people who once praised me for my strength and loyalty, and respected me as Valcrest’s Vanguard didn’t dare to approach me.I suddenly felt completely alone.Alone in the middle of a pack I had served my entire life.My chest burned violently. Before anyone could see the tears threatening to fall, I shifted into my wolf and ran.The transformation ripped through me painfully, bones cracking beneath my skin before powerful limbs slammed against the ground. Then I ran deeper into the northern forest, pushing all the emotions out through my limbs. The wind tore through my fur while tears blurred my vision.I didn’t stop until I reached the cliffs overlooking the valley below. My private place. The one place in Valcrest that had ever truly felt mine.Whenever training became unbearable or the pressure of being the Pack’s Vanguard threatened to suffocate me, I came

Rhea's POV “R-Rhea,” Artavius swallowed hard, his eyes glued at the blood soaking through my inner legs. “A-Are y-you…” he stammered, his mind unable to fully voice out his thoughts.I fell silent. My mind had barely even registered what was happening.I knew what he wanted to ask, but I wasn’t even sure about the answer myself. All I knew was that the pain in my side was nothing compared to the twisting agony inside my stomach. How could this be?How could I be pregnant? My wolf must be mistaken. She has to be.For the first time in my life, real fear gripped me.Not fear for my own life, but for the little life that might be growing inside of me.Artavius’s grip on me tightened instinctively. His golden eyes looked completely shattered as they darted between my face and the blood. His expression hardened in concentration as he called for medics through the pack link. The medics arrived moments later, pushing through the warriors surrounding us.“The Pack Doctor is here!”“Move aside

Rhea's POVDays passed in a blur as I recovered inside the Pack Clinic. The stab wound had been far more serious than I initially thought. According to Ania, I had lost too much blood, and my body had been pushed far beyond its limits even before the attack. Because of that, she kept me under constant observation, checking my condition several times a day while waiting for the wound to heal enough that infection would no longer be a concern.A week passed and Artavius never returned as he had said. The last time I saw him was the day I woke up.He broke his word once again. Not that I was surprised.Brielle was carrying his child. She was his chosen mate. It only made sense that he would spend his time with her instead. What surprised me more was that nobody else came either. Not my parents. Not Brielle. Not a single member of my family. The only people who entered this room were Ania and the healers assigned to monitor my recovery. At first, I told myself they were busy. Then, a

Rhea’s POV“Move!” My voice sliced through the darkness.Several warriors groaned.Good.That meant they still had enough strength left to complain. The training grounds remained shrouded in pre-dawn darkness. The sun had yet to rise, but dozens of warriors were already running across the field with heavy logs balanced across their shoulders.Sweat soaked their clothes.Mud clung to their boots.Several looked ready to collapse.None of them were allowed to stop.“Faster!” I yelled at them, as I personally supervised their training as I always do. A few warriors immediately increased their pace. The rest quickly followed. Not because they wanted to.Because they knew exactly what would happen if I caught anyone slacking.I folded my arms across my chest while watching them complete another lap around the training grounds. Not a single one of them had eaten. Not a single one had taken their first drink of water.Their bodies and their wolves are pushed to their limits This had always
