Chapter 16 Creed’s POV The sterile sting of rubbing alcohol and sharp antiseptic always irritated my nose, but today, the scent felt heavier. Suffocating. I sat on the edge of the examination table, arms crossed, watching the digital blue glow of the holographic scans floating between us.
