Lahat ng Kabanata ng The Betrayed Luna’s Revenge: Too Late for Regret, Alpha : Kabanata 21 - Kabanata 30

YvetteI was scrolling through social media after Soren left and anywhere I went a picture of Soren carrying me bridal style in his arms was trending.Thankfully because of how Soren had shielded my face like he knew this was going to happen, no one could tell it was me. The lighting was also dark so it distorted the color of my dress. It would only take someone who knew me very well to guess I was the one in the picture and I’m very grateful for that. I just couldn’t deal with the media’s pressure at this point in my life.I read through the comments on one particular post and a certain comment caught my eye.“Is that the Alpha of Winwood’s Pack daughter? I hear her father has been gunning for a marriage alliance.” I read the comment aloud.Seriously? Soren had a marriage alliance hanging over his head? Interested, I clicked and read the replies under the comment.“No, I don’t think she’s the one. She was wearing a violet colored dress and she was captured leaving the hall angrily.”

YvetteMonday morning came faster than I expected.I woke up early and made myself something light to eat. My appetite still wasn’t great, but I forced myself to eat a few spoons. Ever since the healer warned me that if I didn’t eat, my body would only get weaker faster. I have been trying to eat a little something everyday because I wasn’t ready for that.Atleast, before I got too weak to do anything, I wanted to make some sort of impact so that even when I’m long gone, different territories will hear and remember my name. After getting dressed, I left for work. When I got to my office floor, something felt off immediately. I got to my office and noticed someone else at my desk.I paused and watched him closely. The young man turned when he noticed me and quickly stood up, offering a polite smile.“Good morning, Luna Yvette,” he said. “I’m Wyatt, I was assigned to take over your duties.” The strange guy said and I looked at him puzzled.Kael was having someone take over my duties?

YvetteThe smile on Lyra’s face vanished once those words left my mouth. TchhhhWhat were they even doing here? I thought Grandma said they had gone out and wouldn’t be back until late in the evening when I must have probably left. Now they were here, standing in front of me and their entrance had already ruined everything just by existing in the same space. The warmth that had filled the room minutes ago slowly faded, replaced by something colder… heavier. Like a shadow creeping in quietly and settling where it wasn’t wanted. My father and brothers stood protectively behind her like they thought I would attack her any minute. Her mother was also standing protectively at her side while giving me the nastiest side eye. “What are you even doing here Yvette? Why do you find it hard to stay in your own house these days? Or are you having issues with your rent?” She mocked and the rest of them laughed.“Yvette if you’re really having issues with your rent just know I wouldn’t give you a

Yvette Soren paused for a full minute, and I began to doubt myself. Am I really doing the right thing throwing myself at another man like this? “But our mate doesn’t care about us,” Isla whispered. My problem wasn’t even Kael. I hadn’t thought about him in a minute and I didn’t care about what he would think if he ever came to find out.He was a whore and it was only a matter of time before our separation was final and then he would be old story. My hesitation was from Soren going cold like this. What was going through his mind? Did he think I was out of my mind requesting this?“I….” I tried to say but his next words shut me up. “When I told you I was going to grant you any request you made, I didn’t think you’d want to use it for this.”“Shouldn’t you keep it for more important things Princess?” He asked in a low, rough voice, with an edge to it. Good..That only means he was getting affected by all this and I was going to get what I wanted soon if I played my cards well enough

Yvette“Spread your legs for me.” That one command sent a fresh throb of need straight to my core. I lay on the bed with my legs open wide, completely exposed under his intense stare. My heart pounded so hard I was sure he could hear it.I watched Soren as he stripped himself of his clothes, my mouth watering at the sight before me.Oh, what a man…My eyes lingered on his beautiful scarred six-pack, then wandered further and settled on… “If you keep looking at me like that, Yvette, I won’t be able to hold back. I’ll fuck you hard before I even get you ready for me,” Soren teased and I felt my cheeks burn.Get me ready? Why would I need that? I’m sure he knew I wasn’t a virgin or what did he think Kael and I have been doing all these years? Playing?? Still, I didn’t say anything, I kept quiet and just waited, eager for him to free his hard length that was clearly straining against his clothes. When he finally did, my breath caught. Now I understood exactly what he meant by *get me
