The soft hum of dozens of voices echoed across the production floor. The sound of rapidly pressed keyboards, continuously ringing phones, and overlapping English conversations of call center agents busy with their customers all blended together. In the spacious office filled with white light from the ceiling, there was hardly an empty cubicle left.
