Which Countries Can Access Burning Series?

Burned by geo-blocks? My VPN's not cutting it for accessing Burning Series' full movie and show library while traveling. Which regions get full access legitimately?

This series is generally only available in countries like Germany, Austria, and Switzerland due to licensing restrictions, but can be made available in countries outside of these via VPN. Instead, I have recently started reading the free webnovel ‘Burning Hot (a collection of short stories)’. This novel is a collection of short stories, each with their own extremely intense and gritty premise, which are resolved very quickly. Because of this, each story is extremely quick to read, making for a very immersive read for people with very busy schedules.

The website is run from Germany so using the site from here is obviously the best. Fans from Austria and Switzerland can also use the site. But I have heard from fans of Italian and Spanish burning series sites that they get blocked. I think this is fair as the site’s main focus is on German content. Using a VPN is the unofficial way around this for users outside of the above mentioned countries. But it’s not really the most convenient solution. For those in the right place, though, it’s a very useful site. Just don’t expect it to work everywhere.

Burning Series is a great site for watching TV-series in German, but it’s only really available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Abroad, the site can only be reached with a VPN – but access can also be blocked by ISPs here. As the site is very specialized and offers mostly German-language TV-series, it’s not much help compared to mainstream platforms when you’re abroad.

I have some problems to access Burning Series from the US. The offer of series is huge, but most of them are not available outside of Germany and some nearby countries. I have read some reports of access in Switzerland and Austria, but I’m not sure if this really works. Sometimes I’m able to access the videos with a VPN, but the quality of the stream is unpredictable. This website has a lot of fans worldwide because of its huge library of series – especially old ones that you can’t find anywhere else. However, there is a lot of legal ambiguity around the content, so it might be in a gray area, which is why it is blocked in some regions. In other countries you might be able to find the same series on official websites like Netflix or Amazon Prime, but the selection of niche series is certainly not as big as on Burning Series.

Burning Series is another strange beast to me. What seems to me like an obscure library of TV series is indeed most accessible to German speaking countries like Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Many TV shows are even dubbed or, if not, offered with subtitles in German. Accessing the platform from abroad is a true challenge, however. As mentioned before already, geo-restrictions and cases in which content is simply illegally offered on the net are a big problem. Most of the time I try to access the platform from abroad I just get a “error”-message. Sometimes, however, there are ways to access content that has been illegally offered on the net, like for example by using a VPN. I myself however strongly advise against it, however, since it is illegal and there’s always a risk of getting caught.

Of course, there are many more specialized services that are only available in certain countries and offer programmes in certain languages. In France, for example, there is the free platform Molotov TV, and in the Scandinavian countries, for example, Streaming Services such as Viaplay. In general, online distribution of content is still highly country-specific. But for German-speaking viewers, there is, for example, Burning Series, a goldmine of series – as long as you stay within the country’s borders.

Is the ACOTAR series accessible via Kindle Unlimited subscription?

9 Answers2025-08-07
As someone who loves Kindle Unlimited, I have to admit that it has a strange hold on me. It has conditioned me to read things that are free. Recently, I really wanted to read the sequel to a really highly anticipated fantasy novel. I waited months for it to come to KU. It never did. I finally ended up buying it. And oh, it was worth it. My advice? Don’t let the subscription be the tail that wags the reading dog. If you want to read ACOTAR, read it. Just read it. Find the most affordable way to get it to you in a reliable fashion (library holds, used paperback, sale on Kindle, etc). My money was better spent buying it to read immediately than waiting for some uncertain slot to open up in KU. The ‘hype’ for good reasons. The convenience of reading ACOTAR immediately when I wanted to is so much more valuable to me than waiting for months to find out whether it will be added to KU or not, and for what amount of time. Go ahead and read it, without the KU substitution conundrum getting in the way of your reading time.

What countries have Ghibli on Netflix?

3 Answers2026-07-02
My cousin in Mexico has almost all the Studio Ghibli films available to stream on Netflix, including Ponyo, The Tale of The Princess Kaguya, and many more. In Singapore, where I live, we’ve had a limited set of titles that are cycled every few months or so. I suppose it depends on the region but in general the Southeast Asian library seems to have a decent selection of their films although they might be missing a few of the lesser-known ones. It’s also great that they have even some of the less-discussed films, such as Porco Rosso which is in some regions. As there’s no complete list of all Studio Ghibli movies available on Netflix, fans have started to swap tips and tricks on how to use a VPN to watch all their favorite films. The French dubbing of Arrietty is also surprisingly good and definitely worth switching to it while it’s available.

Which countries block web manhwa ilegal sites?

8 Answers2026-07-28
Of course, the biggest player in anti-piracy for manhwa is South Korea, where most of them are created. Korea’s anti-piracy efforts are very aggressive, and they work with internet service providers (ISPs) to block out a ton of scanlation sites as well as aggregator sites. It’s all part of a broader movement to better protect Korea’s cultural products as they are exported worldwide. A few years ago, there were a number of very high profile lawsuits that resulted in many sites being shut down. Today, official publishers as well as platforms like Naver Webtoon and KakaoPage have a huge economic interest in keeping fans on their own sites. While it can be frustrating for fans worldwide, from a business standpoint it makes a lot of sense.

Does Netflix have Desperate Housewives in all regions?

8 Answers2026-06-09
I have no idea whether the algorithms that rule our viewing can cope with something like this. It’s not a glossy original, and it’s not the latest winner of all the awards, just a really decent, old network TV drama. Will it get a spot on the home page, or will it get lost in the depths of the existing catalog, and have to be found by searching for it? And if it doesn’t get promoted, will people watch it? And if nobody watches it, then the data will show that it’s not popular, and the license won’t get renewed. In short, older TV needs an advocate within these huge corporations. Without one, it will just fade away into the internet ether.

What countries are analyzed in 'Why Nations Fail'?

3 Answers2025-07-01
When I read ‘Why Nations Fail’ by Daron Acemoglu and James Robinson, what first grabbed me was how unexpected examples were chosen to support their theory against conventional wisdom that has been imbued in us for so long. South Korea did not fail after the war due to the circumstances of the war, but because of certain institutional choices that were made at the time. Similarly, in Africa, they choose to discuss Botswana’s success instead of that of Nigeria or even Zimbabwe with its failed land reform. While there is plenty here about all sorts of modern countries, the historical sections are just as valuable, and they range far and wide: from the surprising collapse of once-great Venice, to the step-by-step erosion of Rome’s republican government and its transformation into an empire. Connecting all of this to modern developing countries, the authors make clear just how the long-ago extractive practices of a very few in powerful positions in places like ancient Rome or the colonies of Spain (notably the silver mines in South America) can have a profound and lasting impact on the politics of Latin America today.

Can my desi.net be accessed outside India and Pakistan?

10 Answers2025-11-06
I have a few friends from Singapore, and apparently it’s available there. The real question is whether the stories are relevant enough though. I’ve found a lot of the content to be rooted deeply in the Indian and Pakistani culture, lots of references, slang and insight into their societies that can be hard to understand at times. It’s a great learning experience and often I have to look up words or even stories in full to understand better. But that’s all part of the fun really. It’s a bit like reading a foreign novel, in its native digital format. The platform itself is fine though. I’ve never had any issues with being actively blocked or something. In fact, they seem to be eager for more international readers. There might be a few cultural hurdles to get past in the Asia Pacific region, but otherwise it’s all good.

Why does the outlander age rating vary by country?

7 Answers2025-12-29
Just wondering – has anyone ever read ratings that seemed to be completely wrong? I’m not suggesting some sort of conspiracy, just an occasional human error on the part of a rating board, perhaps applying outdated criteria on the odd occasion. That must account for some of the more extreme outliers.

What is the plot summary of Country People?

8 Answers2025-12-02
The book is structured by use of documents. We read extracts from Elara’s mother’s diary, from old farm ledgers, from the rough language of a bank’s refusal to lend, from a cheerful flyer about the farmers’ market. Each of these is hard fact, emotional history, and ticking clock, in turn. A diary entry from the 1930s reveals a similar blight was occurring at the time. A ledger from the bank reveals a pattern of debt that the family has accumulated. The documents together serve as a piece of the puzzle that the family is trying to solve in order to figure out what went wrong and if there is any hope of fixing it. It is a literary technique that provides a rich texture and sense of physical evidence to explore the emotional core of the story.

What platforms stream the wings of fire video animated series?

11 Answers2025-07-08
The most consistent adaptation right now is the series of graphic novels published by Graphix (an imprint of Scholastic) that are adapting the main story arcs of the series into graphic novels. The art is colorful and frenetic and these are officially the canon adaptions for a visual fix of ‘Wings of Fire’. As for a streaming video adaption, there is nothing. All of the ‘Wings of Fire’ series online are 100% fan made and some of them are incredibly detailed and have even gotten hundreds of thousands of views. They are a testament to the love that this book series has received. But for now, they are not available on any of the typical streaming services for subscription. Maybe in a year or two there will be some adaptions available.
