Apple Books had it, I'm pretty sure. That's where I bought my copy after binging the manhwa. The audiobook version is on there as well, same narrator as Audible's version. I listened to a sample and it was decent, though I still prefer reading it because of the illustrations.
You could also try the publisher's site directly? Yen Press sometimes has links to vendors. I'd avoid those free 'PDF download' sites, they never feel right and the formatting is always messed up.
Man, I was hunting for 'Solo Leveling' myself last week and went down a rabbit hole. The easiest way I found was to check Amazon's Kindle store for the ebook – they have the official English translation by Yen Press, and you can usually get it instantly. For the audiobook, I stumbled across it on Audible. The narrator's voice for Jinwoo is pretty solid, gives that cold, calculated vibe the character has.
A friend mentioned seeing it on Google Play Books too, but I haven't checked there myself. One thing to watch out for: there are a ton of fan translations floating around on random web novel sites, but the quality's all over the place and they're often incomplete. The official version is worth the few bucks, honestly, the art inserts in the ebook are a nice bonus.
Check your local library's digital app, like Libby or OverDrive. Mine didn't have it, but a buddy in a bigger city said his did. Failing that, Audible and Kindle are the safe bets. The audiobook's pacing is good for the action scenes.

On the last day of the year, my music player app pushed out my 2025 listening report.
My keyword was 'Resonance.'
I had not actually spent much time listening to music that year. My account had mostly been used by my boyfriend, Jeremy Steward.
A small line of text appeared underneath.
[At 4:00 A.M. on December 1st, you were still sharing the same song with someone. So this is what love looks like, staying awake through the night.]
My breath caught.
December 1st was my birthday. However, that night, I had gone to bed early.
Jeremy had rushed off right after cutting the cake, saying he needed to go back to the office for overtime.
Almost as if possessed, I tapped my trembling hands on the unfamiliar profile that showed up as my most frequent interaction.
Their keyword for the year was 'Exclusively Yours.'
My heart skipped. I opened the details.
[This year, you and this user listened to songs together late at night 688 times. Every time is a private whisper between souls.]
Right then, a message from Jeremy popped up on my phone.
[Babe, I have to work late again tonight. Don't wait up for me. Sleep early, okay?]
At the same moment, that unfamiliar account posted a new update.
A photo of two hands intertwined inside a car, fingers tightly laced together.
[I love working late with him the most. We'll listen to music together for a lifetime.]

I had the same question last month when I was on a long drive and wanted something to listen to. Good news – yes, it absolutely is. I found 'Solo Leveling' as an audiobook on Audible, and I think it's on Google Play Books too. The narration is actually pretty solid; the guy does a decent job with the different character voices, especially for Jinwoo. It's not a full-cast production or anything, but it gets the job done.
One thing to note is that I'm pretty sure it's only the first volume, or maybe the first couple, that are available in audio format right now. The manhwa is way ahead, and I don't know if they've recorded the entire novel series yet. Still, listening to the dungeon crawling and leveling-up sequences with that intense soundtrack of your own imagination (or actual music you put on) is a whole different vibe. Made my commute fly by.
Man, that's a tough one to sum up without going on for ages. Basically, Sung Jin-Woo starts as the absolute weakest hunter in a world where monster-filled dungeons appear. After a near-death experience in a particularly nasty dungeon, he gets a weird system interface only he can see that lets him level up like a video game character. The main drive is him grinding from 'World's Weakest' to something way more, uncovering why he got this power and dealing with the bigger threats looming behind the dungeons.
The coolest part for me isn't just the power fantasy—though that's awesome—it's the mystery around the 'System' and the Monarchs. It gets pretty cosmic by the end. Also, his ability to raise shadows from dead monsters creates this great army-management side plot. The early arcs are very dungeon-crawl focused, but it expands into a war for the fate of reality itself.
