The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

Fair. Tiny puppies. Reasonable. Dirty puppies. God. Hungry puppies. Fair. And Peanut was feeding them crackers. Reasonable honestly. Her own crackers. God. Then silence. Fair. Complete silence. Reasonable. Nobody moved. God. Then Peanut looked up. Fair. Saw everyone. Reasonable. Then smiled. God. The biggest smile. Fair. Then proudly announced: Reasonable honestly. "My puppies." God. 10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Plus she was putting up quite the fight inside it was making it difficult to carry the damn thing.

I think I'm going to throw up. By the end of this conversation, I guarantee I'll have no lives. "It looks like I'll be hanging around for awhile," I tell them with fake politeness and pleasantries. Oh, I really do want to throw up! "Mav and I decided to walk down memory lane--"
