Ken stood up and walked towards the fire place. He pressed a button and out came a small drawer. He picked out a cigarette, lighted it using the lit fire place. “Where is she?” Ken questioned, facing the roof, exhaling a cloud of smoke. “I’m sorry boss.” Ben pleaded, going on his knees. “She…she got away, I’m sorry boss.” Ben stammered. “You’re sorry?” Ken questioned, facing him and giving Ben a harsh look. Ken turned backing him, “you know I have zero tolerance for failures but as a close and trusted friend I forgive you." He spoke, his cigarette in his mouth, hands backwards.

Ruby tried explaining-but with the way things were, nick looked totally confused. "Ok, boy. That's enough. However, I actually came here to warn you. You have three supernatural powers which you inherited from me. I am a very great grandma of yours. I'm in the seventeenth line of your family generation. I know you may not understand. But however, your powers are: one-the ability to see ghosts. Two- you have a special word which you can say anytime to get out of trouble but you will later get to know the word as you grow. And three- I wouldn't tell you now. You might disclose it to other people. And like I said, you will get to know it as you grow."

I stood up and Emily started the presentation with the maps as I explained where the border used to be and where it was now. “I can’t do anything with that piece of property until Eli stops his incessant complaining. My people won’t be safe there until this matter is completely put to bed. Now, I see he didn’t come to the meeting today, which is very disappointing, but then again, my mate did put him in his place properly.” They laughed with me. “But I do need a final decision. I need a final declaration that will stop this continued fighting over that piece of land. If the council feels it would be better for me to just give it back and get it over with, I will do as the council decides.” I

Kalis POV I wake up, rubbing my eyes. I roll over and notice Rylins up and in the shower. I feel my stomach drop to my feet. Trying to bury my fear down. Only an hour or so before we have to go to the council meeting. I want him to go in not worrying about me but I know he cam feel my concern because I can feel his tension flowing through the bond. He's seems super suspicious. I peek through the bathroom door to take a look at him showering. He links me, ' If you're going to stare just come join me'

ZURI POV Happiness is coursing through my body like a drug. Fiadh, Krystal, and I are the only ones left. Some groups haven't even had a female chosen yet. I can't believe we were all scared about not getting chosen. "Captain Maxim, please select your female," the announcer says and I watch as another orange giant from Bronkark steps out of line. He heads for the Hassin females and holds out his hand toward Ceenu. "Ceenu of Hassin, please accept my hand," the rather quiet male says and the metallic beauty beams at him.

Eli and Riley woke up from their night of celebrating and got dressed and packed up to head home. The cars would be here in an hour to take them back home. Riley couldn't wait but was nervous for the ride home as once again, she had been sick this morning. Eli didn't leave her side as she was ill, and Riley couldn't have been more appreciative of his commitment to her. Eli would make the perfect mate and father to their pup. Despite his reputation and past, he had really taken on the leadership role of Alpha. He was proving his worth. Riley just couldn't believe how fast their love story was evolving.

“No. I have to do this myself.*” Ron didn’t argue. He just watched as Frederick took a deep breath and turned toward the exit. “Then let’s finish it.”*

Because I don't remember this pack having one cause the last Alpha didn't bother to have one built. " South of the pack house " she said I sighed knowing I hate to miss my sleep , but I knew I wouldn't hear the end of it from Aunt and Uncle if I didn't " Ok I will try to be there" I hung up the phone . But hanging up I wondered who sent me the text because no one here has my number, just my family, I thought to myself . So I texted back " Who is this ? " *Kane * " Who is this? " is the text I get back from her , knowing she might not want to talk to me if I told it is me . So I decided not to tell her " Just know I will be seeing you in the morning " I texted back .
