FORBIDDEN AFFECTION
I warned, my voice a low growl, though my thumbs stroked her skin like I couldn’t let her go.
“I want you.” she murmured, the faintest smile tugging at her lips before they grazed mine again—this time on purpose.
And I broke.
My mouth captured hers, rough, desperate, years of restraint snapping in an instant. She gasped, and I deepened it, one hand tangling in her hair, the other sliding around her waist to pull her into me. She tasted like wine and danger, sweet and forbidden, and still, I couldn’t stop.
Her hands clung to me, pulling, needing, matching my hunger. She shifted, straddling my lap without thought, and the moment she did, I lost the last thread of control.
