Luna of the Menae

Luna of the Menae

Diane gently rocks Maya while she speaks. “Not just mean. I would say vicious.” Musu’s eyes grow wide. “Cruel. Ironic, isn’t it?” “You’re saying it wouldn’t be out of the question for her to get revenge?” I lift Katie to my chest and rub her back, letting her calm energy soothe me. “From what I’ve read, I think she would go out of the way to get revenge.” Musu pulls her mouth to the side. “Without question.”

I am so glad we get for of Kas and Bronx and all their friends. The storytelling is exciting and the characters are complex and evolving. There is quite a cast of characters but the author does an amazing job of introducing them and only including necessary information so that you are not confused.

What a cliffhanger. You are an amazing writer. The series would make a highly rated movie. I would love it, only if they would let Neener Beener write the script. Others commented on the research and it's amazing. Does anyone know if this series is available in paperback? I need to buy 6 books.......

Tainted Desires; Demons. Darkness. Damnation

“You are my greatest creation, my son. My masterpiece of ruin.” ‎Kane's grip loosened. ‎“Look in the mirror, my son,” she cooed, brushing his cheek like it was love. “You’ll see it—the killer who never dies, the one with the blood of the devil running through his veins.” She continued, her voice laced with venom, "The urge to kill consumes you—completely, relentlessly. Do I need to remind you of your first kill? Your kitten... how you suffocated it despite its frantic struggle to escape. You snapped its neck, shredded its fur, and carved it into tiny, bloody pieces—just as Mummy wanted."

The Ultimate Husband

The Ultimate Husband

Archfiend Antigonus had a proud expression on his face as he sneered at Lute Belle, "I already said that you would not be able to escape me today. You should give up." Lute Belle bit her lips and did not respond. She knew that if she continued to fight, she would be putting herself at more disadvantage as time went past. She no longer wanted to prolong the fight. She held the lute tightly with her delicate hands and activated her fairy soul to emit a few melodies. Lute Belle had created those melodies recently; they were called the Mortal Melodies. They contained power beyond one's imagination and could be regarded as her trump card. She had not wanted to reveal her trump card so soon, but s

ILLUSION

she whispered again "The unfortunate. I think I know what it means, the unfortunate are those who have the power to dream. That means the music didn’t kill me because it can’t and that’s the same reason why it didn’t kill her, the music only complied her to kill herself because it only has the power to torture her.” She said as she wiped her tears

Master of Justice, Slave to Desire

Master of Justice, Slave to Desire

Corvus would eagerly deliver them to my realm, and I would deal with them properly there… Because they were all destined for my kind of justice! Filthy, dark, rotted souls, slick with greed and cruelty. Hell, I should have thanked them for making my work easy. They were already guilty – all I had to do was deliver the sentence! But apparently, the word of my Muse meant more to me than my own desire. I could still hear the fear in her voice when she begged me not to show them what I was. So I didn’t – not yet, anyway...

One Night Stand With The Unforgettable Stranger

Besides, being around him gave her so many story ideas and she was itching to get them down. Lisa had never had a muse before; her stories had always come from within her. Frequently Asked Questions

That's a tricky one because 'Murderous Muse' isn't the title of a single, definitive famous novel. It sounds like it could be a trope or a subtitle for a bunch of different stories. I've seen the phrase used for a few things.

One major reference is a true crime book by Donald Serrell Thomas about the Victorian painter Richard Dadd, where the 'muse' is more of a metaphorical madness that led to murder. The central figure there is Dadd himself. But if we're talking fiction, it often pops up in dark fantasy or thrillers where an artist's inspiration is literally deadly—sometimes the artist is the protagonist, sometimes the muse is.

Without a specific author, it's hard to pin down one character. If you're thinking of a particular book with that phrase in the title, the lead is probably either the creator being driven to violence or the dangerous force that's inspiring them.
