Ace Of Hearts Film Novels & Stories

I'm starting a new novel! I'm so excited to share with you guys the other novel I've been plotting lately. Queen Of Ace What is this novel all about? =If you haven't read my first novel, His Fragile Flame, I uploaded in this app, this is only "a part" of it but can be read as "stand-alone". This story was written in different character's perspective and her back story before His Fragile Flame. You don't have to read the first book to understand this novel, and I think it's better if you read this before that because HFF has spoilers.

Liam shot back followed by scuffling from the door and then a curse from Keith. “Jake, I’m sorry,” Keith said just as I saw Liam stop by the kitchen door and my heart felt as if it had been ripped out of my chest at the sight of him.

I glanced at him. "I got you an apology gift" he stared at me with his innocent eyes. "I had been planning this for a few days now so it's not just because we fought" Ace admitted before taking a rectangular box out of his pocket. "Remember you said you didn't trust me around me other women" Ace mumbled softly. I nodded confused at what was happening. "Here" he handed me a box while also pulling out another box from his pocket. Inside, there was a bracelet that had a heart in the centre of it, connecting one side of the bracelet, to the other side. The heart had a little key hole in the centre of it.

Punch! “Why did you let me think it was a whole other girl in your heart?” Another punch! “Ow, ow!” Ace cries, clutching his chest and bending over in pain. “I have got a weak heart, baby girl. Do you want to punch me to death?” “Oh…I am so sorry. I-I didn't mean to…I thought…” “Got ya!” Suddenly, his head shoots up. He smiles. “Look at your scared face!” I slap his arm. “That wasn't funny. I thought you were really hurt.”

Ava had no idea about what to say to Ace. She just kept staring at him while her heart was beating fast. Eventually, she could not look at him anymore. She stood up and ran toward the kitchen. She closed the door of the kitchen when she got in and placed her hands on her heart which was beating very fast. "What is going on with me?" She asked herself. She knew she did not love Ace because she was still in love with Damon. But why was her heart beating fast just now? She could not even bear to look at Ace anymore because she felt shy. These things only happened when she was with Damon, what was happening to her?

Otherwise, I’ll come after you. —None of that, kiddo! I leave the two of them and go to my office. When I arrive, I see a box on top of the desk. When I open it, I get a scare: inside, there’s an animal’s heart, with a note: I’m very close! I close the box quickly and throw it in the trash, feeling a chill run down my spine.

“I know where you live.” The bell rang again—this time softer, hesitant. Not the storming lawyer’s, but some postal flicker. Aria hurried to the door, secured the chain, and opened a crack. A courier stood there with a white box, bronzed seal: Voss Promotions. He smiled, handing it over. “Don’t take it,” Barton said reflexively. Aria looked at the box. A card: ‘The camera loves it. So does the audience. – E.’ The “E” curled with a flourish. Something rare flashed in Aria’s eyes: wounded dignity.

I argued, looking directly at Hudson and after a moment he slowly sat back down and the rest followed. Even though Amelia didn’t look too pleased by it she did join in. And everyone had their eyes fixed on me, the tension hanging in the air as I moved my fingers to one of the cards. Slowly, I turned one over while holding Hudson’s gaze and the audience gasped loudly from the image on the card, “Ace of Hearts!”

I freeze, red haired woman, mother figure, Adaline avoids my gaze and I realize she knew, and didn't say anything to me, the sun has set, but I feel something in semblance to it rising in me, they all lied to me. "This is your present, and for your future, Ace of Spades. You know what that means." She says gulping, and I nod my head, with gritted jaw. I know what Ace of Spades means, death, how convienent. "Draw another card, Alexandru." Adaline says, looking at me. I frown at her, still angry but soften when she says "Please." I look at Selena who shrugs, and I draw another card, Jack of Diamonds. Fucking amazing.

Elliot winks at him, pulling out an Ace of spades card from his blazer. Hades stumbles back, unable to believe what he just heard. He begins to hyperventilate as he looks at Elliot and the card in his hand. His gaze drops on Elliot's arm, there was an Ace of spades card tattoo on his hand, proving his words right. He had never seen Ace but at this moment, Elliot's features were what he had always heard about him. " Forgive me, Ace." He whispers, falling on his knees, bowing down to Elliot.
