Isabella says nothing. No one says anything until Andrew decides to speak again.

"So the dress..." he dragged off. I started to glare at him. "Don't you think this is a bit too much?' I asked him. "What? No. Anyway my target was you and your boss. And looks like it might be working." he said eyeing suspiciously.

The younger sister stood outside the pen, smirking as she took in the sight of Calista covered in filth. “What do you want…?” Calista managed, her voice a hollow rasp. The blood on her skin had dried into a stiff crust overnight, the metallic scent mixing with the stench of the pen. “Nothing, sister,” Amanda mocked, pouting with theatrical sadness. “Aside from wanting to inform you that Leo and I are officially engaged, I just wanted to see if you were still breathing.”

He let out a sharp, mocking scoff and stood up straighter, crossing his arms over his chest instead of shaking Zane’s hand. “Uhhh,” Andrew started, his voice dripping with pure derision. “Andrew Dimitri. Key master.” He rolled his eyes so hard it looked painful. “What is this, a comic book convention? What kind of absolute clown are you?” Zane slowly let his hand drop to his side. He didn’t look angry; he looked entirely unimpressed. He leveled Andrew with a flat, cold stare. “I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.”

Instead, he gently moved Chantelle aside and walked straight toward Xavier, earning a death glare from her. Andrew said, "You go around calling people bugs and talking like some noble patriot. You talk about honor and justice like it's your religion, screaming about glory and serving your country…" He smirked. "But Xavier, don't you think all that sounds just a little fake? A little pathetic?" Aspen gasped while Chantelle cursed under her breath, but Andrew kept walking—right up to Xavier's giant sword. He stopped just two inches from the blade, eyes locked with Xavier's, his expression flat and unflinching.

And that personality slowly changes because of Andrew. Andrew on the other hand is the complete opposite. Andrew is way shorter than Karl, almost eighteen centimeters shorter. His relatively thin build and short stature often lead him to be mistaken for a grade school student. But his height doesn’t stop him from doing what he loves. Since Andrew could not get more info from Kenzie, he offered, “Look, I’m an open book. I figured if you are going to trust me with your name, I should show you mine.” Andrew raised his chin once and suggested, “G****e me. Andrew Kentworthy. He staggered, blood spraying from his mouth as his knees buckled slightly. "Protecting them?" I spat, rage burning hot in my chest. "You forgot your place, Drew. You forgot who leads our pack before we came here. And it’s not Xavier." Andrew clutched his face, his eyes brimming with tears of pain and desperation. But what infuriated me most was the lack of regret in his expression. He still thought he was right—still thought he had done nothing wrong.

I don’t know if I have the time or willpower to explain the deal Elle made. Andrew breaks apart from the group, leaving Matt and I staring at each other, until I break contact to follow the beta. It doesn’t take long before we are standing in front of the pair, but the tension between Matt and Fletcher is staggering. Beta Andrew, always the respectable one, reaches a hand out toward Xander. “Alpha,” he says, “I am Beta Andrew, welcome to New Moon.
