The Bad Son-in-Law

The Bad Son-in-Law

Entering the vicious circle is not a pleasant thing. "I hope so too. Again, see you." Austin smiled, he had dimples that contrasted with his crime title. The car door opened, and he chose to drive his car alone without a driver. Ozgur looked at Kazuo and he smiled in disbelief, then he remembered something. "About Margaretha, who is she?" ____________________ Berlin, Germany. 07:00 pm. Me and Beyza spent one day shopping, watching movies, going to cafes and traveling around Berlin. Everyone looked at us as we walked the sidewalks, and we loved that. Right now, a day without a man. Well, Women's Freedom Day!

The Wife He Never Chose

The Wife He Never Chose

Alina waiting in the living room with a book she never actually read because she kept checking the door. Alina smiling whenever he unexpectedly came home early. Back then... those things felt normal. Expected. Now he realized something. They had never been normal. They had been love. And he had treated them like furniture. Always there. Until suddenly they weren't. Across the city, Alina sat alone on the balcony of her apartment. A blanket wrapped around her shoulders. The night air felt cool against her skin. Below her, traffic lights flickered endlessly. People continued living their lives. Moving forward.

The Glass Rose

The Glass Rose

Alessia’s POV I leaned against the cold brick wall of an old warehouse on the outskirts of Berlin while the rain soaked through my navy suit jacket and turned my hair into a tangled mess against my neck, and every time a car drove past on the main road I pulled the shadows closer to me because I was afraid it would be another team of Elena’s cleaners instead of Lucien and Rafael.

Fighting Hearts

Fighting Hearts

And if he had to, he'd go to the depths of the city for it— beneath the concrete, between the pipes, behind the guns. Because Sloane was there. And he was coming for her. On the morning of the ninth day, Berlin awoke as always—grey sky, scent of coffee, light traffic. The city didn't yet know something had shifted underground— Not officially. Not publicly. But irreversibly. Lennox hadn't slept all night. The rest of the team had dozed off, drained in their chairs, laptops, headphones, and notes in their laps.

My Mafia Stepbrothers Want Me?

My Mafia Stepbrothers Want Me?

I stepped closer, the air between us hot and thin like something had just finished combusting. “You think she’s the fuse,” I said. “But she’s not.” You finally looked at me. “No?” “She’s the match.” And you? You were the one who lit it. 43:12:39 Berlin Compound – South Wing Quarters The halls were quiet. Even the cold had gone still. That was the problem with places like this. No clocks you could trust. No windows. Just silence that wrapped around your ribs until it started sounding like your own thoughts. I hadn’t slept. Again.

Tempted By The Don

Tempted By The Don

The rain had stopped, but Berlin remained cloaked in a heavy fog, the kind that blurred the edges of memory and made even the most familiar streets feel foreign. Talana stood on the rooftop of the safehouse, hands wrapped around a chipped porcelain mug of lukewarm espresso, watching as the city below exhaled smoke, neon, and sin. Behind her, the door creaked open, soft footfalls approaching. She didn’t need to turn to know it was Massimo. She felt him the way she felt the beat of her own heart, constant, deep, and dangerous when provoked.

Heat and Rut

Heat and Rut

“The shift’s close.” “Really?” I said, excited. “How do you know?” “My wolf senses it,” he said, sniffing my neck. “Mmm, you smell so good.” “Ohh,” I moaned as he kissed my skin. “Berlin, stop or I’ll want more.” “Sorry,” he said, pulling back. “But soon.” Lila noticed I was happier. “You’re glowing,” she said in our dorm one evening, sitting on my bed. “What’s going on with you and Berlin? You’re always sneaking off.”

THE BILLIONAIRE'S SECRET HEIR

THE BILLIONAIRE'S SECRET HEIR

Blood didn’t always spill with knives or guns. Sometimes, it spilled in boardrooms. Sometimes, it spilled in signatures. Sometimes, it spilled in the quiet moment when a man realized his name had been stolen long before his future ever began. Berlin woke slowly that morning, unaware that a war tied to one of the world’s most powerful bloodlines was about to ignite in its streets. Aria stood by the hotel window, staring down at the city below. Cars moved like orderly ants. People laughed. Life continued.

HIS REGRET (Ex-Husband wants Me Back)

HIS REGRET (Ex-Husband wants Me Back)

Naomi kept staring outside. In her mind, Berlin surfaced like fragments of an old film. The cramped apartment, the bakery on the corner, the bus stop she passed every day, the endless side jobs, and the small life she had built with her own hands. Could all of that really be left behind this easily? At last, the car entered a private hillside district. Tall iron gates opened automatically, revealing an ascending road lined with sprawling gardens and old trees. A stone fountain stood in the center of the vast grounds.

Hi author can we shift the tone a bit, I feel like it’s getting repetitive I don’t think it’s necessary to keep bringing up about David, Natalie and Eli relationship and how it’s weird every chapter. It feels like I’m reading the same thing over and over again just worded differently.

The story is really good but I’m still in chapter 410. So not sure how much will happen in the next 600(and counting) chapters. I hope it’s not prolonged too much unnecessarily. I felt a bit cringe with the plot holes like the change in the name of Chase’s dad, or Daven saying Josh was 5 🥲
