The man turned to look at Angelina who was quiet the whole time. “ And…is she your wife?” He asked,making Angelina choke on the drink. “ Angelina,meet Kante. He's an old friend.” “ Kante,meet Angelina.” Xavier introduced the two to each other and they shook hands. “ Do you mind if I talk to him for a minute?”Kante asked Angelina, “ Sure,go ahead.” She said with a smile. Kante and Xavier walked away to have some privacy, leaving Angelina who was still sipping on her drink.

She answered right back as if it was fixed on the tip of her tongue. "Who?" Laurent asked. He didn't sound curious to her, almost demanding. "What?" Laurent stood up, an inch distance between them, she backed up. Slowly he lifted his hands up and his shirt came off leaving his upper body fully bare on display for her to see. "Was it Michael? Let me inform you that I'm much better than him, physically as well as mentaly. Your ex boyfriend is bonkers and lanky." He bragged, he had no intention of comparing himself to the Angel he hated most and neither did he want to show himself as a better option but he did it anyway.
