She smiled coldly at me. "Your surprise does not interest me." I attacked her after changing into my wolf form. "Hehehehehe! Your fury will be your downfall. Your mate is in trouble, save her if you can”. She said and then ran out through the window while shifting into a wolf. Melanie is a witch. How is it that she shifted into a wolf? And who is she talking about? Is it Pearl or Jade? I need to find out to know what she's up to. I ran after her as she ventured into the woods.

Amy stared at her, puzzled, “Who is Melanie?” Anya suddenly blushed deep red, looking guilty as she brought her hand to her mouth, “Oh my, Amy. I am so sorry I should not have mentioned anything!” she announces and started to leave, “I am so stupid, Dimitri will kill me!” she murmured to herself and Amy ran after her, “Anya, who is Melanie?” She prompted, she needed to know this, and she had a suspicion there was a lot of history there. Anya sighed, “Me and my big mouth! You cannot tell Dimitri I mentioned it to you, please Ran-Ran.” She pleaded and Amy responded with a nod.

Jaden, Melissa, and I were walking through the school halls. It was already lunchtime so we decided to eat outside today. While we walked, Jaden and Melissa were talking about an anime called 'Seven deadly sins'. The anime is really good, and I hope for a second season, but for now, I'm just reading the manga. And let me tell you, the manga is AWESOME!!! Especially when Meliodis is a-, oops, almost spoiled it for you guys. But yeah, the anime is awesome; I totally recommend it for y'all.

That much pain she was enduring but wasn't even allowed to tell about it to anyone because nobody cared. Melanie was mopping the floor. Even other servants felt pity on her the way Amara behaved with her and treated her like an animal but the thing which stunned them was Melanie never tried to scream or cry in pain. They had barely seen her crying or even talking to anyone. She was like a walking dead body. The cheerful, bold and brave Melanie which they used to see, had died the same day as her father. She was doing her work of mopping when she saw those footsteps standing before her. She slowly trailed her eyes up and saw Amara staring at her with a cunning smirk on her face.

“Anna? You scare me! Please, don’t be like this.” “Mel, tell me. What are we?” Melanie looked at me as if I were losing my mind. “Are we werewolves?” Melanie stared at me as if I had grown thorns on my head. “Of course, we are werewolves. We are she-wolves, to be exact.” She grinned. Her dimples made her look sweet. Her oval face, short black hair, brown eyes, and brown skin are exotic. Her full lips look hot, but it’s too bad she was too shy.

"And you could? I mean, if I hadn't interrupted?" "Maybe." Melanie crosses her legs in the chair. "One of my ancestors was a voodoo priestess who's specialty was zombies. But I couldn't get the monster to obey me either." There's a hint of sadness in her tone. "I'm sure you would have stopped it. Don't take my blundering as proof of anything. If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't have gotten hurt. I'm sorry. I didn't respect you or magic or that you really were doing something important. I-I just got caught up in my own drama."

The wolves behind me growled in a warning: One wrong move against their alpha and they’d rip me to shreds. “So she is part of your pack?” “Yes.” “No!” Marcus and I shouted at the same time, glaring at one another with a hatred I could barely describe. “Oh Elise,” the mothering voice from earlier murmured softly and sympathetically. I cursed myself for not having recognised it before and for not having thought of the possibility that she might have been tracking me too. With dark auburn hair, braided and flowing down her back, and blue eyes glazed with a cold and calculating light, the New Moon’s witch, Melanie, dismounted from a wolf and began her steps towards them.

I growl at them, and they lower their ears. Melanie says nothing, only looks at the human behind me with disgust. I can't control my fury, but I know they will recover from their injuries. I didn't tear into their flesh so much. I growl once again, and this time Melanie lowers her head and leaves, followed by the others.

Red curls haphazardly bound framed a familiar face with deep set eyes. “Melanie!” Freya gasped. Melanie crossed the room and threw her arms around Freya and Freya held her tight. It was ages since she last saw her friend. She had only spent a season with them at The Den and during the time, she and Freya had been trained together. Melanie was the werewolf that never shifted. According to Aremin, someone had blocked her shift when she was little and Freya had felt kindred with her because of that. Her wolf has also abandoned her for the most part of her life.
