Anthony Beal Mga Nobela at Kwento

Mitchum said as he began to pace the floor. “Did you see anything that happened, Mitchum?” I asked hopefully. “It was fucking crazy out there Delania. There were so many of them and Baylor just jumped in and started fighting them off. They knew he was the Alpha, he was hurt worse than any of us. Then this big ass sonofabitch started in on him. Everytime we tried to get him off Baylor this fucker would just swat us away like flies. If Phoebe and Mike hadn’t got there when they did I think he would have killed Baylor,” Mitchum recounted.

Bailey cried out, tumbling to the ground. Before he could react, Anthony mercilessly kicked him repeatedly. "Damn it! How dare you insult the angelic beauty of heaven?!" "I'll kill you, damn it!" Bailey howled in pain. What on earth was going on?! Who was really at fault here?! "Leo, why are you just standing there? Think of something, quick!" Bailey's manager was frantic, pleading to Leo for help. He dared not approach himself. Anthony was the heir to the Sullivan family.

I said, smiling at her, wiping her tears from her eyes “I, Katerina Kozlov, forgive you for everything” I got up from the floor and out the door before she could answer, her sobs breaking my heart as my eyes caught sight of Nathan, Anthony, Donatello, and Bella. I could read my husband’s worry in his eyes, but seeing as I was calm as I walked toward him, he forced himself to calm down as he wrapped his arm around me. “I believe that your wife might need you, Anthony” I said, pulling away to look at the man, holding my ground. Anthony stayed quiet, reading my expression for a few seconds before nodding, heading toward the living room.

Pretended I cared what she thought. What had she said in ninth grade when I got up the courage to ask her out? Her words still rang in my ears. “Why would I go out with a loser like you? I’m not into fat guys.” I wasn’t bitter. No. Everyone was fucking entitled to their own opinion. I was doing a job. Like this one that Golubev had paid me handsomely to take care of. Kidnap Natalia and hold on to her until they could convince her father to vote how they wanted. Easy. And it gave me time for a little justice against the girl who had turned my life inside out.

His hand rested lightly on the curve of my waist, grounding and maddening all at once. “I see that our Luna has been training you.” Nolan said, choosing to direct his question to the children who are watching excitedly. “And I can tell if this is how your training is starting, then I'm going to have a stronger league on my line, aren't I?” I tilted my face up, ready to ask what the hell he was doing. I wanted to ask what he was doing, but the smile that was on his face was one that I never saw. Even the children were happy to see him like this.

Something about her fingers digging into my expensive suit messes with my focus for a second. “Yes?” I say, shifting my attention to the man. “Beau. Beau Anthony.” The faces of my men go long with surprise before they chuckle. Slightly more subdued, Gianni grins, amused. “Beau?” He nods. All right. I won’t hold it against him. Parents make bigger mistakes than that. Clearly, they didn’t think their kid would grow up to be an asshole when they picked his name. “What’s your story, Anthony?” I can’t make myself say his first name.

“Claim me, Anthony. Now.” “Kayla, my beast isn't there,” Anthony said with the lowest of convincing tone. Kayla looked him deeply in the eyes. These days she was becoming afraid that the process had made Anthony a complete human. She hadn't signed for that when she decided to cure him with Harlow's blood. Anthony had a war to fight, yet his beast was delaying. Yes, it was delaying, not that his beast was dead because she could feel it. “Your beast is there. I feel it when we mate.” She jolted his hand which she held. “You can try—”

Anthony and the tall man bowed to Eoin and I. "This is Constantine Beckett, the new Beta of the Pheasant Falls Pack." he introduced us. I looked at the man, his pale colouring and his tall wide stance. I knew instantly he was a vampire, and on his hand, it was confirmed by a day walker ring that protected him from sunlight. "Oh, right, nice to meet you. You must have been King Nicklaus candidate." I smiled as I shook his hand. "No, no." the man chuckled. "I'm from Rome. I'm the Rebel Kings candidate." he replied.

The music plays on, the lights stay a cool blue, and I loom over Anthony as I reach the table. “Thomas,” he greets with a smile. “How are you? It’s been ages since I’ve seen you down here.” I turn my back on the woman I've been watching and encroach on Anthony’s personal space. “Your presence and your membership are no longer welcome in my club. Show yourself out.” “I pay fifteen thousand dollars a month, Morris. I should be able to do whatever the hell I please.” Anthony shrugs off my hand from his shoulder, and I react instantly.

“You get one chance. One trial session.” Belle’s eyes lit up, but Anthony raised a finger. “But understand this. At the gym, I’m not your brother. I’m your coach. No special treatment. No whining. And definitely no tears. The second you complain about pain or exhaustion, we’re done for good. Understood?” Belle straightened her back, meeting his gaze without flinching. “Deal.” A faint smile tugged at Anthony’s lips. He patted the top of her head once before turning toward the car, his friends grinning behind him.
