Eric asked while gesturing between the two rides. The one that was a huge box arranged in circles was the one he identified as Ferraris wheels, while the one he pointed out to be the roller coaster ride was the most terrifying looking ride I saw in this place. The roller coaster ride looked like a snake-shaped road with a weird looking ride on it, which made it look extremely terrifying from where I was standing. I don't think I've been to a place like this before, or maybe I have but can't remember since I don't have my memories, but the ride that looked like the one I would probably ride was the toy horses that we're at the middle of the place.

She replied excitedly. I smiled, “then we will all ride the horse.” We got to the amusement park, luckily Frank and I were able to get tickets at the gate, and just as I promised we started at the horse ride. “We rode the horse what about the rollcoat?” Frank asked, again butchering the word. “There is this small rollercoaster that I think he can ride.” Oscar suggested. “Are you sure it’s safe?” I asked. He chuckled, “you are going to ride it with him. I’m sure he’ll be fine. But first, let’s take a photo together.”

When asked what ride Deasy dislikes the most when visiting an amusement park, she firmly mentions the Roller Coaster. Compared to the thrill of the ferris wheel, carousel, or the dollhouse filled with pretense, for some reason, Deasy regards the Roller Coaster as a game that absolutely does not suit her. On one side, she feels her body soaring so high as if it can touch the sky. At times, she also feels dropped, plummeting as if falling into the deepest abyss.

The screams of the riders were already a great way to know it was not for faint-hearted people like me.

We walked past the roller coaster by the lake, its colorful lights flashing in the early evening gloom. “I’ll protect them!” The operator raised his brow. He answered, “Kid, you are only a child, and your nanny can’t ride either because this roller coaster can only accommodate kids. I’m sorry, but your two cousins can't meet the height requirement.” “This is unfair!” Sebastian stomped his feet. “I’ll tell Daddy!” “Can we just go there?” Alisa pointed to the carousel. Sebastian made a face. “We have done that like two times already.” He spotted the flying Dumbo ride and said, “Maybe we can go there?”

He peeled himself off Anderson and threw himself at me instead, wrapping his arms around my waist. “It was horrible!” he sobbed into my clothes. “I’m never going in there again!” His tears soaked my shirt. I sighed and patted his head. Five minutes later, after an ice cream cone bigger than his face, he had completely forgotten his terror. He pointed dramatically toward the towering roller coaster. “I want that one!” I stared up at the roller coaster as it roared overhead like some crazed metal beast. The tracks twisted high into the sky, then plunged downward so sharply even my wolf flattened her ears.

They rode the merry-go-round. Played carnival games. Visited the Ferris wheel. Explored every attraction they could find. For the first time in a long while, Arya felt completely carefree. Then her eyes landed on something enormous. A roller coaster. "Let's try that one!" Crystal immediately looked uncertain. "Are you sure?" The towering structure looked intimidating. Arya nodded enthusiastically. "I am." Slade didn't object. After all, it was only a ride. The three of them climbed aboard.

I think I was overcompensating for the shit her bitch of an aunt had put her through by letting her do whatever the fuck she wanted, but I also knew that shit could be dangerous in more ways than one.
