Felix said, the old man was just testing my patience and I knew it. “I promise you Alpha Felix, enjoy your sit while you can before week’s end I will have your head on spike,” I growled out and he let out a laugh as I cut the call. I called my beta in and said. “Contact all blood skull warriors from all over the world, they should match here. We have a war to plan,” I growled out, I was craving blood and I knew blood I shall have

“They fought him together. Valerius with fang and claw, blade and fury. And the Primarch, with everything magic had ever taught us. Their battle lasted days.” “And they won.” A breath leaves me in a rush. Relief surges in my chest—until Eleanor’s face hardens. “Or so they thought.” I go still. “They brought him down. His body torn. His power quiet. But then…” She shakes her head slowly. “He got back up.” A chill rips through my spine. “He was immortal. Not just long-lived—truly immortal. They would kill him—only for his body to reform, stronger, whole again. Valerius and the Primarch were powerful, but mortal. They could bleed. They could tire. He could not.”

They knew she was not unconscious but it was a worry until she woke up three days later and was her usual self apart from the fact she had no memory of the three days she was missing. ============================================= Athena tried to access her memory and Katya tried herself even calling up her magic but nothing was retrieved and as there did not seem to be any after effects other events soon over took its importance in their lives. The Immortals were going to war against the humans, it would not be a fair fight, although the human population far exceeded the Immortal one, they had far superior strength, intelligenc

"You seem to have forgotten that the entire Davidson family and the God of War are up there. This time, it's probably more dangerous than ever!" Spencer's smile faded. "Couldn't you have kept that to yourself? I didn't want the child to worry, and now you've made it all for nothing." Matilda felt a deep sense of despair. Although she had no concept of the firmament or who they were fighting, war meant death. "The Sachs family is full of heroes, no cowards! My elder brother once single-handedly defeated three Immortals!" That revelation shocked Chad, as those so-called Immortals were far beyond earthbound immortals.

With that, Emily shot the already-bleeding scorpion right on the forehead. When she saw what she was expecting, she signaled for them to move to the backyard, which they did. Many more of the scorpion's men were now trooping out in hundred; the thug took position each, and it became a battle field. While Emily was making her way down the stairs, she kept coming across the guards and how great she took them out without receiving a scratch.

In the midst of that turmoil, Adrian regained his composure and barked out orders, "Waste no time in killing those corpse puppets!" During that battle, the two true immortals engaged in their battle while other half-immortals contended with their adversaries. Seizing the distraction caused by Severin and Ancestora's confrontation, Adrian and his peers moved to eliminate the looming threat of the corpse puppets. The elders charged forth with a singular purpose.

Elijah was wearing a red cape and with every step, Elijah took made a sound, a sign that he was wearing something heavy. But looking at Elijah, he seemed to be wearing normal clothes. It walks effortlessly. Even its hands are wrapped in gold armor. His eyes which seemed to contain the universe were shining and twinkling. "Your majesty, everything is ready." A sentinel said that meant everyone was on board. The sky is also filled with scattered airships. It was like they were about to go to war. "Proceed," Elijah replied briefly. "Prepare the sail!" A ship's crew shouted. It is not unknown to Elijah that immortals will also row under the ship. Hundreds of immortals will row. The sails were lo

I just walked from the office but in the middle of my walk, suddenly someone got into a fight in the middle of the road. I was about to turn around because I didn't want to pry into whatever they were fighting about. But suddenly the number of immortals that were there increased and I swept away and joined the immortals who were giving birth to those who were fighting! "What didn't you do on purpose?! Because the road is so big, you passed by here where there are vendors? And now you've come across my goods, you're going to say that I'm the one blocking the way?!" A salesman yelled angrily at another decently dressed man.

I knew lots of immortals had served in wars. There have always been a few humans who knew about us and were willing to make use of our special abilities. Most immortals were given special assignments rather than serving in the trenches since they couldn't afford to have humans see them regenerate if they were wounded. I was absolutely sure some of those "special assignments" had been pretty horrible. I picked up his hand and kissed it then changed the subject. "Your niece I met - she was actually your brother's granddaughter, wasn't she?"
