Once Emma and Lucas were out of the vehicle and a safe distance away it drove off, turning towards the garage. Elijah’s shop wasn’t too far from Lucas’ apartment. It was small, with a minuscule parking lot, no lights, and no signs. The windows were lined with dust as old as the rest of the building, and the building looked on the verge of collapse.
