The State Building of Cresian Empire was burning, reeking of death and destruction all around. A woman was crawling, wounded, towards a dead security personnel, trying to reach for his gun. Suddenly a sharp weapon pierced her leg perpendicularly. She let out a scream of pain and looked towards her attacker. He gave out a wicked smile revealing the fangs; his red pupils were glowing, pouring evilness. He then whistled and a few snarling humanoid monsters appeared. Their skins were covered with blister like growths, their fingers had sharp nails, their eyes were dirty yellow in colour and they had sharp fangs. Blood was dripping from their mouths.“Take her away. She will be a fine addition to the army” the vampire ordered.The woman was dragged away by the monsters, screaming for her life.Elsewhere, in the Kingdom of Vladmor, the vampire king Zachaeus of the House of the Phoenix called an emergency conclave with the kings from the human kingdom of Cresian Empire, werewolf kingdom Luna

Nezeira ran her superbike through the broad streets of Leopolis. In about twenty minutes she reached the State Building area main gate. Parking the bike in front of the gate she took off the helmet. The sunlight hit her face revealing her exquisite complexion. She showed her face which the guard scanned for identification, before bowing his head to let her in. She walked slowly, approaching the building, scrutinizing the whole area. Suddenly her tracking gadget on the left hand blinked red. She pushed some buttons and found that the location is inside the building. She paced up and walked to the main entrance of the building. During the day the building looked less creepy and more like an abandoned desolate place. Nezeira stepped inside the building which was now lighted up due to being daytime. The basement area of the State Building was cut off from the rest of the building and it was covered with a greasy, wax-like substance. The thing was made into a huge buildup in front of the main entry of the basement area. Starting from there the whole area was covered in those, right up to the last level, which was four levels down. As the area was completely isolated from the outside, even during the normal times no sunlight could have entered. There were muffled snarling sounds all over. It was like a nest. The only way from the basement was to climb through the adjacent staircase area, but that too was almost closed up, except a small space of opening, wide enough for a human to enter.Among the four legged beasts which were crawling the whole place was a black hooded vampire, entered from the staircase, standing watching the area which was once a parking lot for the building, now turned into another worldly place. King Zachaeus, looked gloomy, staring at the night sky from his high-rise balcony. A gold-plated box clutched in his palms. His expression was sternly dark, as flashes of scenes played in his mind. Screams of women, chasing footsteps, a bloody hand clung onto the hem of his clothes; the person on the brink of death uttered a request which he reluctantly fulfilled. The dying person’s eyes showed no signs of despair or fear, rather they were filled with hatred and a strange aura of strength, followed by an ear-splitting scream.Zachaeus closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He then proceeded to open the box. The insides of it were covered in red velvet and in it, there was a white round crystal, shattered into pieces. He took out the biggest shard which still has the shape of its initial form and looked at it, before putting it back, and closing the lid. King Xavier, was gearing up to welcome the convoy of from Illusontis as per Queen Niamh’s promise to lend help towards the monster problem. The security has been beefed up around the royal palace following the unexpected scene caused by the captured werewolf. Things were naturally on Nezeira since it happened under her watch. But, she went and explained what exactly happened. The King and Queen were embarrassed to death to hear Nezeira. Yet she withheld the other shenanigans of the prince out of sheer respect for them, as they are visibly troubled by this rowdy son of theirs.While in conversation the king informed Nezeira about the sorceresses from Illusontis who will be sent here to help them. Nezeira, bowed and took note of it and promised to comply. After coming out of the palace she received a call from Yihan.“Yes, tell me,” she answered.Yihan, “Mr. Malcolm is on a business trip to another province and will return after two days.
