Almost immediately, a deep growl echoed through the cave and two black bears appeared before us. Quickly but gently, I shoved Ellen behind me, facing the animals with a daunting expression. Staring into their eyes simultaneously with my brows deeply contorted and darkened eyes, they growled even louder, their eyes holding hostility.
