Just started this book (chapter22) and its good! I felt the FL is a bit timide at first but it's probably the results of her past experiences. She's getting stronger and more fierce. I'm sure she can melt the devil's heart. Both have a lot of enemies. I love Jameson and his fierce sister btw.

The Substitute Billionaire Wife

The Substitute Billionaire Wife

“It’s been too long, brother. How are you doing?" “I'm fine, marcella and you're looking good yourself,” Sebastian said, stepping back to introduce Lillian. “Marcella, this is my wife, Lillian.” Marcella’s eyes narrowed slightly. “Yes, I’ve heard a lot about her, Lillian. But I thought you married her sister Katherine,” Her tone was cold. "Poor girl." Lillian extended her hand. “Nice to meet you, Marcella.” Marcella ignored the gesture. “So, you must be very pleased with yourself, Lillian. Marrying your sister’s husband after she died. How heartless can you be?”

The Billionaire’s Substitute Bride

One of them held a black duffel bag that clinked ominously. Aria’s voice stayed steady. “If I’m such a nobody, why go through all this trouble? Kidnapping me in broad daylight? You’re risking everything.” Selena’s eyes flashed with pure venom. She rose and paced again, her coat flaring. “Because he married *you*. *You*! After everything I did for him, the blood on his hands. I was supposed to be the one wearing his ring. The one sharing his bed every night. The one building an empire with him.” Her voice rose, cracking with raw jealousy. “Instead, he chose some wide-eyed girl who knows nothing about his world just because I run away once.

“You’ve become a disgrace, Amelia. Do you have any idea how your scandal affects our family name?” I laughed bitterly. “My scandal? Dad, they…” “Enough.” His voice cut through the air. “You’re going to fix this. You’re going to marry Alexander Sterling.” I stared. “What?” He didn’t blink. “The Sterling family is willing to invest in our company. Their condition is a marriage alliance. You’ll do it.” I stepped back, shaking my head. “I just lost my career, my relationship, everything and you want to sell me like property?”

Billionaire's Obsessive Substitute Bride

Billionaire's Obsessive Substitute Bride

It wasn't her job to do so, but she had insisted, making my dad stay by the side. "Shall we welcome in, the bride of the day!" I heard the priest announce and without hesitation, the doors were opened to me and my mom who was ready to go into the hall. With boldness, I lifted my eyes up to the altar that had both the groom, his best man and the priest. I was going to be my sister's substitute now, I was going to be forced into a marriage I never wanted to have. I was going to ignore every thought I had when suddenly, I saw him. I saw the same billionaire who was at the stripping house, the one I bumped into, the same billionaire I was indebted to.

Married To The Dying Billionaire

Married To The Dying Billionaire

Listening to her it was as if she was explaining something as simple and natural as making a cake, and not weird and crazy as marrying a man she was already engaged to. “Wait, hold up,” I said, finding my voice. “Let me get this straight, you want to pay me to marry your fiance? Why?” “It dosen’t matter. It's only for some months. Then you will be free and I’ll give you five million dollars.” She said. My eyes nearly popped out of my head. If she was willing to spend that kind of money then obviously it did matter and I told her so. “Why don’t you want to marry him?” I asked.

Forced to Marry the cruel Billionaire

Forced to Marry the cruel Billionaire

“Tell me who he is and why he chose me as his wife.” She stood petrified in front of me, as if she didn’t know what to say, but I wouldn’t let her get away before she answered all my questions. “I don't understand why he chose you as his wife,” her voice came out shaky and slurred, “but Mr. Gregory is the heir to a multi-billion dollar empire. He needs a wife to take over the family business.” “Billionaire?” I whispered, and it was as if my strength went out like a balloon. ”I married a billionaire?”

The Billionaire’s Replacement Bride

The Billionaire’s Replacement Bride

Silence. Heavy. Sharp. Daniel stared at me as if he no longer knew the woman standing in front of him. And honestly? Maybe he didn’t. Because the girl who once begged for his attention no longer existed. “You’ve changed,” he said finally, his voice colder now. His jaw tightened. Around us, whispers continued quietly, people pretending not to watch while clearly listening to every word. Daniel stepped closer. “Do you really think this marriage is real?” he asked quietly. “You’re just a replacement.”
