My Contracted Husband Is My Boss (Eng Ver.)

My Contracted Husband Is My Boss (Eng Ver.)

“I’m your husband.” He brushed a strand of hair behind my ear and grazed it with a fleeting kiss. My cheeks burned. “We’ll talk at your condo—with your lawyer present—so you can see exactly how you’ll fit,” I said, keeping my voice steady. His brows pinched, hurt flickering in his eyes. “So… all this time, I was never part of your plan.” He stepped back, shoulders stiff. “I’ll wait in the car.” He walked off. I rubbed my temples. Great. I’ve wounded a billionaire’s pride.

The Billionaire contract Bride

He was only a few inches apart from me, I could sense the possessiveness written all over his face. "What do you mean by I am yours?" I asked staring at him in disbelief. Dominic sighed in response. "You must marry me, Either that or I ruin you. I am giving you a choice now, choose wisely." He said boldly. My goodness, even his pride irritated me. He carried himself with so much high regard, way too much that it made me really annoyed. Who did he really think he was? A billionaire? So what? He did not own my life. Marrying him was the last thing I would do.

Author Ria
I was a little confused because you wrote she would never meet the father during the surrogacy. But he came to the hospital? Apart from that I loved the first three chapters and have so many questions. I'm excited to continue reading and see how the story unfolds.

The Billionaire's Substitute Bride

The Billionaire's Substitute Bride

"I don't understand. Why is he making you get married, and why the rush?" She sniffled on the other end of the line, sucking in a deep breath before speaking up finally. “His business is in trouble. It has been for a while, but a few weeks ago, it got the final blow. He tried everything to save it. Nothing worked. Then, suddenly, a few days ago, he came home excited, saying he found a way he could finally save his business and his wealth.” Her voice wavered. “I was so happy for him until he told me the condition. He found an investor… but the deal comes with a price. A marriage alliance.”

The billionaire's vengeful bride

The billionaire's vengeful bride

I breathed out, slumping onto the edge of the bed with a soft thud. My shoulders drooped. The silence in the room only made me more aware of how unprepared I felt. Being married to a billionaire didn’t automatically mean you knew how to dress the part. There were expectations—silent, loud, and always hovering. I was supposed to look elegant, put-together… untouchable. But right now, I looked like someone who barely rolled out of bed in an old shirt that used to be white. I dragged my fingers through my hair and glanced at the mirror across the room. My reflection stared back—plain, unsure, and still trying to figure things out.

2 LUSTS CAN MAKE A RIGHT

Six months of being married to Dominic had changed my life in ways I still did not fully understand, I had saved almost everything I earned, tucked money away like I was preparing for something without admitting it to myself. I let out a small, humorless laugh under my breath. Marrying a billionaire and still budgeting like the ground could disappear under your feet. Old habits really did not die easily. Still, it was not enough to be careless. Not if I wanted to leave properly. Not if I wanted to survive without becoming someone’s charity case. “I need more,” I murmured to myself. I opened another tab and began searching. Jobs back home. Apartments. Shared spaces. Anything that did not requ

The Billionaire's Substitute Bride

“We’re married for convenience, not conversation. Keep your first name for your personal life, if you plan to have one.” And just like that, he stood, buttoned his jacket, and left. I stared at his untouched toast, the butter melting into a soft puddle. Somewhere in my chest, something small cracked. If this was marriage, it was colder than the betrayal I’d already lived through. The mansion was huge enough to get lost in, and I did, more than once. Every hallway was lined with expensive paintings and antique vases that probably cost more than I’d ever earned in a year. The maids moved like shadows, silent and efficient. They bowed but avoided eye contact, as if I were another piece of expen

One of them held a black duffel bag that clinked ominously. Aria’s voice stayed steady. “If I’m such a nobody, why go through all this trouble? Kidnapping me in broad daylight? You’re risking everything.” Selena’s eyes flashed with pure venom. She rose and paced again, her coat flaring. “Because he married *you*. *You*! After everything I did for him, the blood on his hands. I was supposed to be the one wearing his ring. The one sharing his bed every night. The one building an empire with him.” Her voice rose, cracking with raw jealousy. “Instead, he chose some wide-eyed girl who knows nothing about his world just because I run away once.

Yours Truly

Yours Truly

“Can you believe it? How many people get to say that a billionaire came to their wedding?” “Not very many, I imagine,” Kat replied, letting Renee revel in the moment. Renee’s world was all about status. To her, having a billionaire at the wedding was probably as big a highlight as the actual getting married part. “It was so wonderful that he came,” Renee continued, starting to spin in her chair again as she played with the giant diamond on her finger. “Especially when he’s so busy with all the sexual harassment lawsuit stuff.”
