CHAPTER XIV: Terrified “Dark Celestial Realm Augmentation: Graveyard of a Greedy Crab,” I seriously uttered, snapping my fingers to activate and expand my complete realm. Everything was suddenly enveloped by darkness and there were several black holes surrounding us, moving around like they will suck everything in this realm. But that will not happen unless I allow it to happen. Then, big tweezers of a crab with sharp fangs on edges came out from these black holes. They were enveloped with dark glowing light. While Bo has a shining white head free of even a single strand of hair and a short thin (mostly gray) facial hair and smells like golden spice. Gray is standing on the left side of a semicircle made up of him, Cordelia and Bo, with cordelia being in the middle, a few yards just ahead of us. Gray’s holding a long thick metal link chain in his hands, conversing with the two. Iselyn and I stop a few feet away, just close enough to alert them to our presence and hear the conversation.

Inside Raven University — Chancellor’s Wing The elevator doors slid open with a whisper-soft hiss, revealing a corridor that seemed carved from the very shadows of the ancient forest surrounding Raven University. Polished black stone floors gleamed under the soft glow of enchanted sconces—flames that danced without heat, their light flickering like distant lightning storms. I turned back and saw the men in black hoods entering inside the courtroom. They had the royal sigma of Dark Kingdom carved on their shoulder cape. Very well! It's not like I was expecting everything to go on smoothly. This cheeky bitch definitely has a back up plan for escaping my grasp. I glared at Scarlett who was now smiling evilly.

A sharp clack echoed through the silence. He entered from the shadows like he had been carved from them—Atlas Blackwood, draped not in uniform but in something darker. Every time the Court attacked, darkness spread across its surface. “They’re writing it,” Eira whispered. Caelum nodded. “Through conflict.” Kate looked horrified. “What?” “The law is forming.”

He didn’t deserve me anyway. As I neared the altar, I finally let myself look up. And forgot how to breathe. Nate Blackthorne stood waiting. Tall, easily six-four. Broad shoulders that stretched his black suit. Dark hair swept back from a face that could have been carved from stone. Sharp cheekbones and strong jaw. A mouth that looked like it rarely smiled. He looked like death personified. Beautiful and terrible. But it was his eyes that made my steps falter. Pale blue, like winter frost and was fixed entirely on me.
