I sat up with a yawn and ducked out of the way of angry feet. Coffee was sorely needed. "But first," I scooped up August, knowing now the cure for grumpy babies was blowing raspberries on stomachs. Mission accomplished! He giggled with gums on full display, smacking me excitedly in the face as he babbled nonsense at me. "Oh, I see, Gus. Uh-huh. So that's how Mr. Tosi keeps getting wives..."

Ruby chimed in, raising a brow at him. Little Ruby gasped, her eyes lighting up. “Ooooh, that’s right! Cartoons it is, then.” “Fine, fine,” Rhett said, waving a hand. “But what kind of cartoons? Disney? Comic strip? 3D? Anime, or—” “Anime,” we all said in unison, our voices overlapping. Rhett froze, staring at us like we’d just declared our allegiance to an alien race. “Jeez,” he said, blinking dramatically. “All of you? Really?”

Zee shouted, waving his little arms. "Stop it, you tiny menace!" Raf laughed, scooping Zee into his arms. But Zee wasn’t done—he poked a fingerful of frosting at Raf’s cheek. "Argh! Traitorous Bunny!" Raf exclaimed, chasing Saraya, who was now holding a frosting-covered spoon like a sword. Saraya squealed, “Nooo! You can’t catch me!” and dashed behind Vidhant, who tried to duck but got a frosting smear on his ear.

You started the song Izzy Valentine, you must complete it. “What’s your favorite comic?” he breathes as we stand there, pretending not to notice Larry. “Huh?” Ivan sighs, standing in front of me, forcing me to look at him. “What’s the name of your favorite comic book? It could be the one you’ve written, or the one you read.” Oh. That was easy. “Banana Splash.” He quirks a brow, and I feel my cheeks heat up. “It’s about this kid who slipped on a banana peel and ended up in an alternate universe where he was the villain, and had to figure out how to beat the super heroes. He also had banana powers.”

“Breathe guys, you're going to die of that,” As the laughter gradually subsided Rave said the last character he'll imitate. Barbie!! Donald's face flushed. “You're really mean to me, Rave!” Carl muttered. Rave just ignored him and whistled as if he heard no one. Tearfully Donald started dancing ballet while singing Barbie’s famous song. “I'm a barbie girl, in a barbie world. I'm a plastic, it's fantastic! You can brush my hair. Undress me anywhere, imagination. Life is your creation”

Maud, ye’re an old numbskull! But Maud opened the comic and began to read the Adventures of Blue Bolt, the idea she was wrong and something terrible was not really happening quickly changed. By the time she’d finished the entire comic, Maud was so astonished, she climbed out of bed and went to her red cardigan to find her cell phone. *** ‘Do you want this?’ Lucas said as he waved the marshmallow in front of Elmo, who watched it the way a cobra regards its prey. ‘Please don’t offer me any more of those wonderful wads of sickly sweetness,’ Elmo said, face paling. ‘I assure you, vomiting will ensue.’

Water drips down her skin in glistening pearls. Her lips still throbbed with the uneven sting, a reminder that they had been ravaged by her sworn enemy only a night ago. She glided a hand down her wet hair and changed into dry clothes. Chris was sweeping the front yard clean while Snoopy stood at the side, sulking. "It was just a pea, chill," Chris told Snoopy, who had been whining ever since he lost a pea to a squirrel. "Roasted pea," Snoopy corrected, pouting like a scolded child, "those are my favorites."

And that is when I saw Marcus’ eyes glint— he wants to have these candles as well. P.S.: the Choco Coffee Bean Treats idea was borrowed from a cartoon I watched on Youtube... if my memory serves me right, I think its called 'Cafe Wingcle'... it was a cute and good cartoon... anyways, thank you for reading, and sorry for the slow updates.
