Today's lecture was early and brief, then we moved onto the next course until it was a free period and I brought out two books to the surprise of my friends. "Wow Mia?” Marvel wowed, she was the typical engrossed novel type of girl but just like me, we both dropped that culture. Her eyes sparkled brightly as she examined the covers. Moving over to the other parts of the building where the party was been held, I found people in corners talking, drinking, some even making out, despite being surrounded by a massive crowd. Every corner you turned to, you'd be met with one thing or the other. I came to realize that College was nothing like high school. In fact, it's best described as the opposite of High school, composing of different people, crazy, intolerant, Calm, weird, Scary. Rounding a corner, I saw a group of people, sniffing coke from a wide table, while being cheered on by people around. It was like a contest being held, with people deciding who could inhale the most. Some betting on the other end, others just watch

, I laugh it off. Emily and I head for buying our books and writing stuff first before heading to our college. Even if we aren't in the same courses, at least we are in the same place. A lot of people don't know, the University of Oxford has thirty-nine colleges. It's crazy when you think about it.

Chapter ninety five But college life was full of temptations, and Dwayne soon found himself struggling to balance his academic pursuits with the distractions of campus life. There were parties to attend, new friends to make, and endless opportunities for fun and adventure. It was easy to get caught up in the excitement and forget about his responsibilities. Dwayne knew he had to stay focused if he wanted to succeed in college. Listen, Charlotte, you´ve earned plenty of money from your...adventures, but college life can be expensive. You know, materials, textbooks, field trips, decent digs to live in... We pulled up to the parking lot and I found a space before we made the trek through the campus to the university bookstore. “Are you ready for this?” I ask her, trying to break some of her tension. “You know I’ve got this.” “You sure do sis, and don’t ever forget that!” We give each other a quick side hug before pushing away and laughing. “So why are we going to the bookstore first?” “Because it’s not just a bookstore. They are going to have everything you need for your classes. Coffee too. That’s one of the great things about college, you can find coffee everywhere at all times of the day.”
