She was currently on page fifty. It was just past eight. Tiredness stared to overtake her. Leaning back into her pillows she started to doze off. Her eyes started to close, and she fell asleep with her book in her hand.

If I still have an hour and I can't sleep well, that's why I come here to just read a book to relieve boredom. "And their boring, boring jobs." Brandon wrinkles his nose in distaste. "Ugh." "Yeah, it's terrible," I say with a mock sigh, "but you have to do it, when you're a grown-up. Luckily for you, you're still a kid. So we don't have to talk about mortgages, and instead, I get to tell you a bedtime story. How's that sound?"
